Corona vir\u00fcs salg\u0131n\u0131 nedeniyle arz talep dengesizli\u011finde ya\u015fanan \u015foklardan hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz elektrik \u00fcreten enerji firmalar\u0131 da etkilenmektedir. Yap\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcren santrallerin hizmete girmesi, yurti\u00e7i ve yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki tedarik ve lojistik zincirlerinde ya\u015fanan olumsuzluk ve gecikmeler sebebiyle gecikmekte ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131y\u0131 zor duruma sokmaktad\u0131r.\"\"<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Bu durumda ya\u015fanan s\u00fcrecin m\u00fccbir sebep olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi ve bu y\u0131l sonunda (31.12.2020) yasal olarak s\u00fcresi sona erecek YEKDEM\u2019inde s\u00fcresinin\u00a05346 say\u0131l\u0131 yasan\u0131n 6. Maddesine g\u00f6re Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Kararnamesi ile\u00a0uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Bu kapsamda; EPDK, \u00a002.04.2020 tarihli kurul karar\u0131 ile elektrik piyasas\u0131nda faaliyette bulunan \u00f6nlisans veya \u00fcretim lisans\u0131 sahibi t\u00fczel ki\u015filer ile lisanss\u0131z \u00fcretim faaliyeti kapsam\u0131nda ba\u011flant\u0131 anla\u015fmas\u0131 imzalam\u0131\u015f olan ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015filerin ma\u011fdur olmamalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan s\u00fcreli y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerinin 3 ay s\u00fcreyle ertelenmesine karar vermi\u015ftir.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Bu hak, sahiplerine \u00fclkemizde ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc halin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na sebebiyet veren Korona vir\u00fcs sebebi<\/strong> ile bir defaya mahsus olmak ko\u015fulu ile tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu durumda ya\u015fanan s\u00fcrecin m\u00fccbir sebep olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi ve bu y\u0131l sonunda (31.12.2020) yasal olarak s\u00fcresi sona erecek YEKDEM\u2019inde s\u00fcresinin\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>5346 say\u0131l\u0131 yasan\u0131n 6’inci Maddesine g\u00f6re Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Kararnamesi ile<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Zira YEKDEM T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong>\u2019de yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcten bir mekanizmad\u0131r ve bu d\u00fczenleme bu y\u0131l sonunda bitmektedir. Yerli ve yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n daha fazla yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yapmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bu destekleme mekanizmas\u0131na kesin ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. YEKDEM<\/strong> olmadan yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n bankalarca finanse edilmesi<\/strong>de neredeyse imkans\u0131z olacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc YEKDEM<\/strong> ile getirilen devletin al\u0131m garantisini bankalar proje finansman\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rmekte ve b\u00f6ylece yat\u0131r\u0131mlar bankalarca \u00e7ok daha kolay kredilendirilmektedir.<\/p>\n
