Rosatom&#8217;un m\u00fchendislik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Atomenergomash\u2019in b\u00fcnyesinde yer alan AEM-Teknoloji\u2019nin Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n Volgodonsk \u015fehrindeki Atommash tesisinde toplam 16 dirsek borusu \u00fcretildi. Dirsek borular\u0131n\u0131n her birinin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 7 ton ve d\u0131\u015f \u00e7ap\u0131 995 milimetre olarak \u00fcretiliyor.<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Reakt\u00f6r so\u011futma boru hatt\u0131<\/strong> dirsek borular\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretimi ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar \u00fc\u00e7 a\u015famada ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Par\u00e7alar\u0131n ovalle\u015ftirme i\u015fleminin ilk a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 <strong>\u201cso\u011fuk\u201d ham metalin<\/strong> istenen bi\u00e7imde preslenmesi, <strong>2&#8217;inci a\u015famas\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 ise damgalama olu\u015fturuyor. So\u011futma s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131 boru hatt\u0131 i\u00e7inde dola\u015f\u0131yor ve i\u00e7erdeki suyun s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>320 dereceye<\/strong>, bas\u0131nc\u0131 ise <strong>17.6 MegaPaskal (MPa)<\/strong>&#8216;a kadar \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor. Boru hatlar\u0131, depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ilk kategoride yer al\u0131yor ve 9 \u015fiddetinde bir depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Boru hatt\u0131n\u0131n toplam uzunlu\u011fu ise <strong>160 metrenin<\/strong> \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Akkuyu NGS<\/strong>\u2019nin 4 \u00fcnitesinin de reakt\u00f6r tesisi ve t\u00fcrbin adas\u0131 ekipman\u0131n\u0131n tek \u00fcreticisi olan Atomenergomash A.\u015e, n\u00fckleer santrallerin hizmet \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca g\u00fcvenilir ve g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kaplar\u0131, <strong>buhar jenerat\u00f6rleri, pompalama sistemleri, \u0131s\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimi ve di\u011fer ekipman\u0131<\/strong> \u00fcretiyor. Ayr\u0131ca, \u015firketin i\u015fletmeleri \u015fu anda <strong>Hindistan, Banglade\u015f, \u00c7in, Rusya ve di\u011fer \u00fclkelerdeki<\/strong> n\u00fckleer santraller i\u00e7in de <strong>reakt\u00f6r ekipman\u0131 \u00fcretimi<\/strong> yap\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk n\u00fckleer santrali olacak <strong>Akkuyu NGS projesi<\/strong>nde, 4 adet <strong>VVER tip 3+<\/strong> nesil Rus tasar\u0131m\u0131 reakt\u00f6re sahip <strong>g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesi<\/strong> yer al\u0131yor. Her n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin kapasitesi <strong>1200 MW<\/strong> olacak. Projenin finansman\u0131 bug\u00fcne kadar tamamen Rusya taraf\u0131ndan finanse edildi.
