Geliri kesilen, ticari olarak zor g\u00fcnler ge\u00e7iren i\u015fletmeler bu edimleri ve \u00f6demeleri nas\u0131l yerine getirecektir? Bor\u00e7lar Kanununun 136. Maddesi \u201cBorcun ifas\u0131 bor\u00e7lunun sorumlu tutulamayaca\u011f\u0131 sebeplerle imk\u00e2ns\u0131zla\u015f\u0131rsa, bor\u00e7 sona erer\u201d demektedir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kira S\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan<\/strong>;<\/h2>\n<p>D\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda ya\u015fanan ve pandemi ilan edilen koronavir\u00fcs salg\u0131n\u0131 nedeniyle, \u00a0i\u015fyeri zorunlu olarak kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ma\u011fdur olan \u00a0kirac\u0131dan makul bir s\u00fcre kira bedeli al\u0131nmamas\u0131 kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin bir s\u00fcre ask\u0131ya al\u0131nmas\u0131 makul bir yol olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedir.
