Raporda a\u00e7\u0131klanan <strong>ince partik\u00fcl madde (PM2,5) kirlili\u011fi<\/strong> s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda Avrupa\u2019daki en kirli 10 istasyonun yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki istasyonlar olu\u015fturuyor. <strong>Almanya<\/strong>&#8216;n\u0131n <strong>Max Planck Kimya Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc ve Mainz Merkez T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi<\/strong>nden ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz hafta yay\u0131nlad\u0131klar\u0131 makale ise, hava kirlili\u011finin do\u011fu\u015fta beklenen ya\u015fam s\u00fcresini d\u00fcnya genelinde yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>3 y\u0131l<\/strong>, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise <strong>2 y\u0131l<\/strong> k\u0131saltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koydu (2).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temiz Hava Hakk\u0131 Platformu<\/strong> Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc <strong>Buket Atl\u0131<\/strong> da hava kirlili\u011finin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131labilecek <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00f6nerilere dikkat \u00e7ekti:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8216;<em>Temiz Hava Hakk\u0131 Platformu olarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Kara Rapor \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, <strong>2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> hava kirlili\u011fini <strong>D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc<\/strong>&#8216;n\u00fcn \u00f6nerdi\u011fi seviyelere indirebilseydik; T\u00fcrkiye genelinde trafik kazalar\u0131n\u0131n 7 kat\u0131 kadar (yakla\u015f\u0131k 52 bin ki\u015fi) \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn engellenebilece\u011fini g\u00f6sterdi (3). \u015eimdi, hava kirlili\u011finin <strong>korona vir\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong>n etkisini art\u0131rarak daha fazla can almas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyebiliriz. Al\u0131nabilecek \u00f6nlemlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda, hava kirlili\u011fi <strong>D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc<\/strong>\u2019n\u00fcn \u00f6nerdi\u011fi <strong>PM10 limitleri<\/strong>nin \u00fczerinde olan illerde Valilik koordinasyonunda kirlili\u011fi azaltacak acil \u00f6nlemler geliyor. Ayr\u0131ca sa\u00e7 telinin <strong>1\/30&#8217;u<\/strong> kadar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olan ve <strong>solunum yolundan ge\u00e7erek<\/strong> direk kana kar\u0131\u015fan <strong>PM2,5 kirlili\u011fini<\/strong> d\u00fczenleyen bir mevzuat\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 da azami \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.
