Serhadl\u0131o\u011flu, \u201cBu modelin temelinde karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n tespit ve esaslar\u0131n\u0131n bir standart \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirebilmesi yatmaktad\u0131r. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131, bizim de alt\u0131nda imzam\u0131z olan Kyoto Protokol\u00fc i\u00e7in yeni karbon emisyonu haklar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenece\u011fi y\u0131l olacakt\u0131r.
