Bunu veri depolayarak, t\u00fcketimi cihazlar\u0131m\u0131zla izleyerek bunu anlamland\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFarkl\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerde nas\u0131l uyguluyoruz, \u00f6rne\u011fin elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc ele alal\u0131m ilk olarak elektrik \u015febekeleri i\u00e7in \u00f6n g\u00f6r\u00fc analizi yap\u0131yoruz burada talep tahmini var,\u00fcretim tahmini var ve kesinti tahmini var. \u015eu an 8 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketinde OMS dedi\u011fimiz kesinti tahminini birlikte yap\u0131yoruz. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hata tespitleri de yap\u0131yoruz. \u201c \u015feklinde konu\u015fan <strong>G\u00fcler<\/strong>, \u201cYine OMS dedi\u011fimiz sistem sayesinde elektrik kesintilerini daha h\u0131zl\u0131 tespit edip y\u00f6netiyoruz. \u0130\u00e7erisinde bir\u00e7ok veriyi bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor yani sahadan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z veriyi <strong>OMS mod\u00fcl\u00fc<\/strong>ne at\u0131yoruz ve OMS kesintinin nereden kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketine g\u00f6stermi\u015f oluyoruz. Asl\u0131nda,<strong> t\u00fcketim kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ne oldu\u011funu<\/strong> ve <strong>verimli olan y\u00f6ntemin<\/strong> ne oldu\u011funu \u00e7\u00f6zmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Enerji verimlili\u011fini sa\u011flamada y\u00f6netim kabiliyeti \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli\u2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>VET Enerji CEO\u2019su Tevfik Sporcu<\/strong>, \u015firketlerinin <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi dan\u0131\u015fmal\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> alan\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini ve Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu yetkiyle 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri enerji verimlili\u011fi konusunda \u00f6zellikle Antalya b\u00f6lgesindeki <strong>otel i\u015fletmeleri, AVM, hastane ve havalimanlar\u0131<\/strong> konusunda 10 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcrede hizmet vermekteyiz. Hizmetimiz sadece <strong>mevzuat dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k<\/strong> olarak kalmamakta, bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra elektrik t\u00fcketen t\u00fcm noktalarda teknolojik geli\u015fmeleri takip ederek \u00fclkemizde uyguluyor ve <strong>10 senedir<\/strong> Antalya\u2019da arz ediyoruz. Otellerle ilgili en \u00f6nemli yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z ise personel giderlerinden sonra en \u00f6nemli maliyetin enerji olmas\u0131, turizm i\u015fletmelerinde <strong>personel fmb ya da mutfak giderlerini y\u00f6netmek<\/strong> kolay fakat enerji maalesef \u00f6yle de\u011fil. Bununla ilgili <strong>tarifeler de\u011fi\u015fiyor<\/strong> s\u00fcrekli. Art\u0131k elektri\u011fi al\u0131rken de t\u00fcketirken de y\u00f6netme kabiliyetimizi kullanamazsak enerji verimlili\u011fi ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar olumlu sonu\u00e7lar vermiyor.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5627 say\u0131l\u0131 enerji verimlilik kanunu<\/strong>ndan bahseden <strong>Sporcu<\/strong>, <strong><em>enerji verimlili\u011fi teknolojileri ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri<\/em><\/strong>nden de bahsetti ve \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cIs\u0131tma ve so\u011futma konusundaki enerji verimlili\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli, \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131rhanelerdeki oksidasyon teknolojisi ile yap\u0131lan verimlilik ve biodisk ar\u0131tma sistemleri, oda kontrol sistemleri alman deos teknolojilerinin \u00f6nemini ifade etti. <strong>Sporcu<\/strong>; \u201cEnerji verimlili\u011fini sadece <strong>mevzuata uymak i\u00e7in<\/strong> de\u011fil sadece cezadan kurtarmak de\u011fil enerji verimlili\u011fi ile ilgili dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k hizmetinde mutlaka sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir <strong>et\u00fcd yap\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> otele konulan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin uygulanmas\u0131 gereklidir.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Enerji y\u00f6netiminde enerji verimlili\u011fini \u00f6ne almal\u0131y\u0131z<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Uluslararas\u0131 Tesis Teknik M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kemal Evcio\u011flu<\/strong> ise,\u201d Otellerde enerji tasarrufu uygulamalar\u0131, alan\u0131m\u0131z teknik servis dolay\u0131s\u0131yla teknik servis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 ilgilendiriyor. Kelimeler binalar\u0131n tu\u011flalar\u0131 gibidir biz de derne\u011fi kurarken buradan hareket ettik. Derne\u011fimizi, 13 <strong>Ekim 2010\u2019da<\/strong> kurduk ve \u00fczerinden <strong>10 y\u0131l<\/strong> ge\u00e7ti, t\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcze yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hedeflerimiz konu tesis teknik konusuydu. Bak\u0131m onar\u0131m i\u015flerimiz enerji ile do\u011frudan tasarruf ediyor demektir. Biz g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc bir kurulu\u015f olarak <strong>tesislerimizi<\/strong> ve <strong>binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 milli servet<\/strong> olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu nedenle tesis teknik y\u00f6netiminin ekonomiye etkisi olarak bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda tesisler i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli gider personel masraflar\u0131ndan sonra enerji masraflar\u0131d\u0131r. <strong>Pasif enerji<\/strong> tedbirleriyle hem tesislere hem de \u00fclkemize katk\u0131s\u0131 olur. Otomasyon tedbirleri, \u00e7ok <strong>enerji t\u00fcketen sistemlerin<\/strong> bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczg\u00fcn yapmak gibi, bu bak\u0131m y\u00fcz\u00fcnden do\u011frudan zarar ya\u015famaktay\u0131z. Sadece <strong>pasif enerji y\u00f6netimi<\/strong> ile bir personelimiz Bursa\u2019da yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 otelde <strong>%18<\/strong> enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flad\u0131 sadece pasif enerji tedbiriyle,<strong> \u0131\u015f\u0131k ya da filtreleri<\/strong> do\u011fru zamanda de\u011fi\u015ftirerek. <strong>Enerji y\u00f6netimi<\/strong>nde enerji verimlili\u011fini \u00f6ne almal\u0131y\u0131z, \u00f6ncelikle kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sistemlerde tasarruf etmeliyiz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHerkes hayat\u0131 boyunca bir \u015fekilde Bosch kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d diyen <strong>Climotion Germany Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ayd\u0131n Tun\u00e7<\/strong>, \u201c1998\u2019den bu yana \u00f6zellikle Almanya\u2019da Climotion sistemi kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130lk ba\u015fta Climotion sadece Almanya\u2019da vard\u0131, sonradan yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. <strong>\u0130klimlendirme sistemi<\/strong> ile s\u0131cakl\u0131k, nem ve hava kalitesini yerine getirmek istiyoruz. Bir \u015fekilde <strong>\u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma sistemlerini kontrol etmek<\/strong> istiyoruz. Climotion mevcut otomasyonlar\u0131 destekliyor. Climotion sadece vantilasyon de\u011fil vantilasyon art\u0131 <strong>dif\u00fczyon y\u00f6ntemi<\/strong>ne g\u00f6re \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r bu da onu di\u011fer sistemlerden farkl\u0131 k\u0131lar.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Is\u0131 projelerinde yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar zaten kendisini k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede geri \u00f6d\u00fcyor <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>End\u00fcstriyel tesislerde at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131dan s\u0131cak su \u00fcretimi konusundan bahseden <strong>VAT Enerji Sat\u0131\u015f ve Pazarlama M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc G\u00f6kay \u00c7amo\u011flu<\/strong>, i\u015fin sanayi k\u0131sm\u0131na da de\u011findi. <strong>G\u00f6kay<\/strong>, \u201cYapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z et\u00fctlerde bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kaplarda hava ka\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir y\u0131lda <strong>40.000 ile 50.00 aras\u0131<\/strong> oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. G\u0131da tesisinde <strong>2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> s\u0131cak su ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>110 kw<\/strong>\u2019lik kompres\u00f6rde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir proje, <strong>45 derecelik<\/strong> suyu elli dereceye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k, yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>13 tonluk<\/strong> bir debi. Yat\u0131r\u0131m bedeli <strong>45 bin lira geri \u00f6deme<\/strong> s\u00fcresi de bir y\u0131l. Is\u0131 projelerinde yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar zaten kendisini k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede geri \u00f6d\u00fcyor. Yine ba\u015fka bir otomotiv firmas\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enerji et\u00fcd\u00fcnde<strong> \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131 sistemi<\/strong> ile hem \u0131s\u0131tma hem so\u011futma ihtiyac\u0131 var. Bir taraf\u0131nda <strong>260 kw\u2019l\u0131k<\/strong> \u0131s\u0131tma yap\u0131l\u0131rken bir taraf\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>180 kw\u2019lik<\/strong> so\u011futma yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu firma i\u00e7in bir proje yap\u0131larak y\u0131lda <strong>209.318 TL<\/strong> kazan\u00e7 sa\u011fland\u0131, yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyeti olan <strong>210.000tl<\/strong> ye <strong>1 senede<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f oldu.\u201d dedi. \u00c7amo\u011flu, ayr\u0131ca <strong>finansman modelleri<\/strong>nden ve <strong>VAP projesi<\/strong>nden bahsetti.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7evreci yeni nesil yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler Gerede\u2019den d\u00fcnyaya yay\u0131lacak<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Konu\u015fmas\u0131na yang\u0131nlar\u0131 \u00f6nlemenin \u00f6neminden bahseden ve yeni bir sistemi tan\u0131tan <strong>Fipron Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ali G\u00f6k\u00e7elik, \u201c<\/strong>Yang\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funun sebebi elektrik olarak g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor. Yang\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131, yang\u0131n ihbar sistemleri; <strong>alg\u0131lama-de\u011ferlendirme-alarm-s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme<\/strong> olarak de\u011ferlendirilir. Yeni sistem ise toz zerreci\u011fi b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde nano teknoloji ile \u00fcretilmi\u015f s\u0131v\u0131 s\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc ile gaz var ve do\u011faya uyumlu bir gaz. Ancak \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde s\u0131v\u0131ya ge\u00e7iyor. Ad\u0131 <strong>fipron sticker, P,15,25,45 VE 60 modelleri<\/strong>nden olu\u015fuyor. Bu rakamlar koruma alt\u0131na ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 hacimleri temsil ediyor. Fipron Cord ise <strong>5m, 50cm ve 100 cm<\/strong> modellerinden olu\u015fuyor. <strong>60 litre <\/strong>ve<strong> \u00fcst\u00fc hacimlere<\/strong> uygulanan <strong>120 s\u0131cakl\u0131kta<\/strong> aktive olan bir yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme cihaz\u0131d\u0131r. Mikrokaps\u00fcl \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde \u00e7atlayarak gaz hale geliyor. \u00c7evre duyarl\u0131 temiz bir gaz ve zarar vermeden so\u011futuyor b\u00f6ylece yanmayan sistemleri de koruyor fakat kapal\u0131 bir hacme ihtiyac\u0131 var. Bolu Gerede\u2019de \u00fcretilip t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den g\u00f6nderilecek. Depolanmas\u0131 ve sevkiyat\u0131 fevkalede kolay ve orijinal ambalajlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Problemler sekt\u00f6r\u00fc y\u0131ld\u0131rm\u0131yor ama; yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 cebinde para g\u00f6rmeden de yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak istemiyor.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>AKTOB Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Sel\u00e7uk Ak\u0131ltopu<\/strong> da al\u0131c\u0131 refliksini anlatt\u0131; \u201cBurada anlat\u0131lan sistemler \u00e7ok g\u00fczel sat\u0131n al\u0131n\u0131rlarsa hanenize<strong> \u201c1\u201d<\/strong> yaz\u0131lacak fakat al\u0131nmazsa <strong>\u201c0\u201d<\/strong> olacak. Bu y\u00fczden al\u0131c\u0131 refleksine de\u011finmek istiyorum. En b\u00fcy\u00fck al\u0131c\u0131lardan biri olan otellerin kapasitesinden bahsetmek istiyorum, Sadece Antalya\u2019ya bu sene gelen turistlerin geceleme say\u0131s\u0131 <strong>94.1 milyon<\/strong>, Mu\u011fla\u2019da <strong>14.4 milyon<\/strong>. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz sezon Antalya havaalan\u0131na <strong>15.280 turist<\/strong> indi bunlar\u0131n <strong>5.500<\/strong>\u2019\u00fc Rus, <strong>2673<\/strong>\u2019\u00fc <strong>Alman ve Ukrayna, \u0130ngiltere<\/strong> olarak devam ediyor. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n <strong>6&#8217;\u0131nc\u0131s\u0131<\/strong> olarak bitirdik ge\u00e7en seneyi.
