Bu y\u0131l d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc d\u00fczenlenen konferans, <strong>5 Mart\u2019ta<\/strong> Frans\u0131z Saray\u0131\u2019nda <strong>\u201cSosyal Perspektiften \u0130\u015f Ya\u015fam\u0131nda Kad\u0131n\u201d<\/strong> temas\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Konferansta a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan <strong>TSKB<\/strong> Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Suat \u0130nce, <strong>s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131 kalk\u0131nma hedefi<\/strong>ne ilerlemek i\u00e7in, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomideki <strong>aktif rol\u00fcn\u00fcn artmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini<\/strong> belirterek s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u2018\u0130nsan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve y\u00f6neticilerinin yar\u0131s\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu bir kurumda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktan dolay\u0131 gurur duyuyorum. Ancak <strong>TSKB<\/strong> olarak banka i\u00e7inde f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fini desteklemenin \u00f6tesinde \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorumluluk ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da s\u00f6ylemek isterim. De\u011ferli i\u015f orta\u011f\u0131m\u0131z AFD ile 2016\u2019da ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z <strong>\u201cKad\u0131n Dostu Kredi\u201d program\u0131<\/strong>m\u0131z\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 fark, f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi konusunda finans sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn en somut g\u00f6stergesi.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<h2><strong><em>Kad\u0131n dostu kredi program\u0131yla, firmalar\u0131n kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131nda y\u00fczde 15 art\u0131\u015f<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>TSKB<\/strong>\u2019nin <strong>AFD<\/strong> ile y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u201c<strong>Kad\u0131n Dostu Kredi<\/strong>\u201dnin detaylar\u0131na da de\u011finen Suat \u0130nce \u015fu bilgileri verdi: \u201cBundan 4 y\u0131l \u00f6nce AFD ile \u00e7ok anlaml\u0131 bir yolculu\u011fa ba\u015flad\u0131k ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir ilk olan kad\u0131n dostu kredi program\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 geli\u015ftirdik. Geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz <strong>\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm arac\u0131yla firmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n<\/strong> f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi karnelerini ortaya koyuyoruz. <strong>4 y\u0131lda<\/strong> programa dahil etti\u011fimiz firmalarda, <strong>kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131 art\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n <strong>% 15<\/strong>, politikalar, e\u011fitim, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131, y\u00f6netimde temsil gibi geli\u015fim alanlar\u0131nda kaydedilen performans art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ise <strong>% 30 oranlar\u0131na<\/strong> ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 memnuniyetle s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Ayr\u0131ca hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz bu ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 i\u015f modelini, <strong>Anadolu\u2019da faaliyet g\u00f6steren<\/strong> \u015firketlere sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k hizmetleriyle daha geni\u015f bir tabana yay\u0131yoruz.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>AFD Avrasya B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc <strong>C\u00e9cile Couprie<\/strong> ise yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131nda <strong>\u201cKad\u0131n Dostu Kredi\u201d program\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi:\u201c<strong>Cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi<\/strong> konular\u0131 Frans\u0131z h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin ve ayn\u0131 zamanda AFD&#8217;nin faaliyet stratejisinin merkezinde yer al\u0131yor. <strong>AFD<\/strong>&#8216;nin 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplam <strong>14 milyar avro tutar finansman\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirmesine do\u011frudan etkisi bulunuyor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r de\u011ferli i\u015f orta\u011f\u0131m\u0131z <strong>TSKB<\/strong> ile i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda <strong>cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi<\/strong>ni, \u00f6zellikle de firmalar\u0131n kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n istihdam ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmesini <strong>te\u015fvik etmeyi ama\u00e7layan<\/strong> yenilik\u00e7i bir proje ba\u015flatt\u0131k. \u00c7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ve \u00fcstesinden gelinmesi gereken zorluklarla, sa\u011flanacak f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 daha iyi anlamam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayan bu projenin ikinci a\u015famas\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131k.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong> a\u00e7an uygulamalar\u0131n \u00f6nemine de de\u011finen Couprie, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/span> \u201cKad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7acak en \u00f6nemli alanlardan biri, <strong>uygun fiyatl\u0131 ve i\u015flevsel \u00e7ocuk bak\u0131m\u0131 hizmetleri<\/strong>. Bu t\u00fcr \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin yoklu\u011funda, <strong>\u00e7ocuklara bakmak i\u00e7in<\/strong> genellikle anneler i\u015f hayat\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7mek zorunda kal\u0131yorlar. Fransa&#8217;n\u0131n bu alandaki deneyiminden yola \u00e7\u0131karak <strong>\u00e7ocuk bak\u0131m\u0131 konusunda<\/strong> bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u00e7in <strong>ulusal ve yerel otoritelerle<\/strong> \u00f6zel \u015firketler ve derneklerin i\u015fbirli\u011finin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. \u00c7ocuk bak\u0131m\u0131 pahal\u0131 fakat <strong>bireylere ve topluma sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sosyal fayda<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi kazan\u0131mlar\u0131 olan bir alan.
