M\u00fchendis k\u00f6kenli oldu\u011fumdan istasyonumda hizmet kalitesini y\u00fcksekte tutmak i\u00e7in de \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00fccret politikas\u0131nda oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yorum; asgari \u00fccretin haricinde performans primi sistemi de uyguluyorum. Petrol Ofisi\u2019nin m\u00fc\u015fteri odakl\u0131 hizmet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde durmas\u0131, saha y\u00f6neticilerinin istasyonu s\u0131k s\u0131k ziyaret etmesi, k\u0131sa zamanda epey yol katetmemizi sa\u011flad\u0131. Bizde patron \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan hiyerar\u015fisi yok; t\u00fcm i\u015fleri hep birlikte yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zamanlar da oluyor. Bu d\u00fczen 40 y\u0131ld\u0131r b\u00f6yle. Patron i\u015fin ba\u015f\u0131nda olmal\u0131 ki ba\u015far\u0131 gelsin. Bu nedenle 7\/24 i\u015fin ba\u015f\u0131nda olmaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6steriyoruz. Yak\u0131t kalitesi, tank temizli\u011fi gibi fakt\u00f6rler, m\u00fc\u015fterilerin % 100 g\u00fcvenini kazanmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Petrol Ofisi, son y\u0131llardaki geli\u015fme ve yeni d\u00fczenlemeleri \u00e7ok g\u00fczel uygulamaya ald\u0131. Hizmet standartlar\u0131n\u0131n kontrol\u00fc ve sahadaki e\u011fitimler \u00e7ok iyi gidiyor. Bizde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bizden emekli olur, hatta emekli olduktan sonra \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya da devam eder. B\u00f6yle bir \u015firket k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz var; i\u015fi kendi i\u015fleri gibi sahipleniyorlar.
