Oysa asgaride <strong>80-100 y\u0131l<\/strong> gibi bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in tasarlanan ve in\u015fa edilen binalar\u0131m\u0131z, bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde <strong>korozyon etkisine kar\u015f\u0131<\/strong> korunmu\u015f olmal\u0131. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki <strong>kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcreci<\/strong>ni iyi de\u011ferlendirip, <strong>su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kaliteli malzeme ve uzman uygulamalar<\/strong> ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirsek, her deprem sonras\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc durumlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebiliriz.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Yap\u0131y\u0131 olu\u015fturan ana unsurlar demir ve betonu binan\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca koruyan su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan <strong>Levent G\u00f6k\u00e7e<\/strong>, \u201cBetonarme yap\u0131 sistemlerinin en \u00e7ok etkilendikleri noktalardan biri suya kar\u015f\u0131 hassasiyetleridir. Yap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za suyun n\u00fcfuz etmesi durumunda, ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 elemanlarda bulunan demir donat\u0131lar korozyona maruz kalarak paslan\u0131yor ve binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fc ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azal\u0131yor.
