Ortalama bir hesapla, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin <strong>y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketiminin<\/strong> yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>% 40<\/strong>\u2019\u0131 <strong>eski ve verimsiz elektrik motorlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan<\/strong> t\u00fcketiliyor. Bu motorlar T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin sanayide kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 elektri\u011fin <strong>% 70<\/strong>\u2019ten fazlas\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcketiyor. Bu alandaki b\u00fcy\u00fck <strong>israf\u0131 ve verimsizli\u011fi \u00f6nlemenin<\/strong> tek yolu ise enerji verimlili\u011fine yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak.\u201d ifadeleri kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">D\u00fcnyan\u0131n geli\u015fmi\u015f ekonomileri olan <strong>AB, Japonya <\/strong>ve<strong> ABD<\/strong> gibi \u00fclkelerin \u00f6zellikle son <strong>20 y\u0131lda<\/strong> enerji verimlili\u011fi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rarak bu alanda \u00e7ok ciddi yol katetti\u011fi hat\u0131rlat\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada,<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmelere yer verildi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u201cT\u00fcrkiye de \u00f6zellikle<strong> son 15 y\u0131ld\u0131r<\/strong> kanun ve y\u00f6netmeliklerini bu do\u011frultuda g\u00fcncelleyerek enerji verimlili\u011fi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etme gayretinde. Bu kapsamda en \u00f6nemli hamlelerden biri <strong>2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren <strong>5627 say\u0131l\u0131 Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Kanunu<\/strong> oldu. Bu kanundan sonra s\u0131ras\u0131yla 2008\u2019de <strong>Binalarda Enerji Performans\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi ve Ula\u015f\u0131mda Enerji Verimlili\u011fine dair y\u00f6netmelikler<\/strong> ard\u0131 ard\u0131na yay\u0131mland\u0131lar. T\u00fcm bu kanun ve y\u00f6netmeliklerde temel ama\u00e7, \u00fclkenin ithalata dayal\u0131 enerji kaynaklar\u0131na ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak ve b\u00f6ylece kalk\u0131nma hedeflerine ula\u015fmak.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Enerji verimlili\u011fi, ayn\u0131 zamanda <strong>k\u00fcresel iklim kriziyle<\/strong> olan m\u00fccadelede de en kritik fakt\u00f6rlerden biri olarak kabul ediliyor. <strong>Enerjiyi verimli kullanmak<\/strong> demek, gereksiz enerji t\u00fcketiminin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek demek ve bunu yapmak asl\u0131nda en \u00e7evreci eylemlerden biri. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine neden olan <strong>sera gaz\u0131 emisyonu<\/strong> bu \u015fekilde \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclebiliyor. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine neden olan sera gazlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmada, <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> bilinen en etkili y\u00f6ntem. Bu kapsamda, <strong>2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> yay\u0131mlanan <strong>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Strateji Belgesi<\/strong> ve 2012\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan <strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Strateji Belgesi<\/strong>, enerji verimlili\u011finin sadece ekonomik de\u011fil, ekolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan da kritik \u00f6nemini vurgulayan ve \u00fclke i\u00e7in adeta yol g\u00f6sterici olan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli yol haritalar\u0131\u2026 <strong>2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> yay\u0131mlanan <strong>10\u2019uncu Kalk\u0131nma Plan\u0131\u2019nda<\/strong> da en \u00f6nemli at\u0131flardan birini <strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011finin Geli\u015ftirilmesi Program\u0131<\/strong> te\u015fkil ediyor. Bu alanda somut uygulamalar\u0131n h\u0131zland\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131l ise <strong>2017<\/strong> y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan <strong>Ulusal Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Eylem Plan\u0131<\/strong> ile oldu.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"selectionShareable\"><strong>\u201cSera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltman\u0131n ve rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131rman\u0131n en h\u0131zl\u0131, ekonomik yolu\u2026\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">A\u00e7\u0131klamada, enerji fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve rekabet ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkiledi\u011fi bir d\u00fcnya konjonkt\u00fcr\u00fcnde enerji verimlili\u011finin; \u201cenerji t\u00fcketimini azaltman\u0131n, enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fini art\u0131rman\u0131n, sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltman\u0131n ve rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131rman\u0131n en h\u0131zl\u0131 ve en ekonomik yolu\u201d oldu\u011fu, T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in \u201cyerli ve milli enerji kayna\u011f\u0131\u201d olarak kabul edilecek kadar stratejik bir \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011fu ve gelecek d\u00f6nemde bu alanda yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131n ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">A\u00e7\u0131klamada g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine yer verilen TurSEFF Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc ve Stantec T\u00fcrkiye Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc <strong>Dr. Murat Sar\u0131o\u011flu<\/strong>, <strong>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Strateji Belgesi<\/strong>\u2019nin yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 2010 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n TurSEFF i\u00e7in de bir milat oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u015funlar\u0131 dile getirdi:<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u201c2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>Avrupa \u0130mar ve Kalk\u0131nma Bankas\u0131 (EBRD)<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan ba\u015flat\u0131lan TurSEFF, ilk g\u00fcnden beri enerji verimlili\u011fi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesinde ve finanse edilmesinde \u00f6nemli bir rol oynamakta.
