Ba\u015fta YEKA ihaleleri olmak \u00fczere yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ile ilgili \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler i\u00e7eren torba yasa TBMM\u2019ye sunuldu. Plan ve B\u00fct\u00e7e Komisyonu\u2019nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclecek yasa, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin ard\u0131ndan TBMM Genel Kurulu\u2019na gelecek. 38 AK Parti milletvekilinin imzas\u0131yla sunulan yasa teklifi, YEKA yar\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131ndaki tavan fiyat\u0131n, Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan TL olarak belirlenmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor. TL bazl\u0131 fiyat, yar\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in belirlenecek s\u00fcre boyunca ge\u00e7erli olacak ve g\u00fcncellenmesine ili\u015fkin usul ve esaslar, Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan \u015fartnamede belirlenecek.<\/h1>\n

\"\"Yasa ile \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen TL bazl\u0131 tavan<\/strong> fiyat\u0131n, bu y\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> planlanan mini YEKA GES ihalelerinde<\/strong> uygulanmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini a\u00e7\u0131klayan sekt\u00f6r dernekleri, yasa teklifi ile getirilen de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin proje finansman\u0131n\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131raca\u011f\u0131<\/strong> ve k\u0131sa vadede maliyetleri y\u00fckseltece\u011fi<\/strong> g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde. Yetkililer, kur riskinden<\/strong> kaynakl\u0131 yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 giri\u015finde ciddi s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131n<\/strong>\u0131 ifade ediyor. Yenilenebilir enerji ile ilgili sekt\u00f6r derneklerinin gelecek hafta bir araya gelerek ortak bir deklarasyon yay\u0131nlamas\u0131<\/strong> bekleniyor.<\/p>\n

Yasa teklifine g\u00f6re EPDK, YEKA kapsam\u0131nda<\/strong> kurulacak santraller i\u00e7in \u00f6nlisans ve lisans<\/strong> konular\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen ayr\u0131 bir y\u00f6netmelik<\/strong> de haz\u0131rlayacak.<\/p>\n

Yasa teklifi, t\u00fcketicilerin enerji taleplerini yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan<\/strong> kar\u015f\u0131lamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in EPDK\u2019ya yeni tarifeler<\/strong> ile ilgili y\u00f6netmelik haz\u0131rlama<\/strong> yetkisi de veriyor.<\/p>\n

Yasa ile 6446 say\u0131l\u0131 Elektrik Piyasas\u0131 Kanunu<\/strong> ve 5346 say\u0131l\u0131 Yenilenebilir Enerji Kanunu<\/strong> ile d\u00fczenlenen konular, 5346 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun<\/strong> i\u00e7eri\u011fine aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Torba yasa, deprem ve yang\u0131n<\/strong> gibi afetlerde ma\u011fdur olan<\/strong> t\u00fcketicilerin elektrik ve do\u011falgaz faturalar\u0131n\u0131n 1 y\u0131la kadar ertelenmesi<\/strong> durumunda, do\u011falgaz da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ve elektrik tedarik \u015firketlerinin anapara haricinde<\/strong> t\u00fcketicilerden tahsil edecekleri gecikme zamm\u0131n\u0131n Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fct\u00e7esinden kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131na<\/strong> imkan tan\u0131yor.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
