Tabii bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada sadece OSB \u00e7at\u0131lar\u0131 yeterli de\u011fil, <strong>3 ya da 5 maddemizle<\/strong> alt\u0131n\u0131 doldurabilirsek enerjide tam ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z T\u00fcrkiye olabilir. Devletin \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 kanunla <strong>\u00e7at\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirilmesi<\/strong> gerekiyor, \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131rsa T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji anlam\u0131nda \u00e7ok ilerleyebilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Hedefimiz, <strong>Antalya OSB \u00e7at\u0131lar\u0131<\/strong>&#8216;n\u0131n hepsini g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisiyle donatmak, b\u00f6ylece OSB d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan <strong>hi\u00e7bir enerji almadan i\u015flerine devam<\/strong> edebilecektir. Enerji konusunda tam ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olmak istiyorsak hepimiz katk\u0131da bulunmal\u0131y\u0131z.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cHerkesi G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Kullanmaya Davet Ediyoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>CW Enerji Proje Geli\u015ftirme M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc \u015eaduman Uysal, <\/strong>konu\u015fmas\u0131na CW Enerji hakk\u0131nda bilgi vererek ba\u015flad\u0131 ve firman\u0131n Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n, Ortado\u011fu\u2019nun ve Afrika\u2019n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcne\u015f paneli \u00fcreticisi ve sadece \u00fcreten de\u011fil anahtar teslim kuran bir firma oldu\u011funu belirtti. <strong>Uysal<\/strong>, Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kararnamesi ve onun akabinde revize edilen y\u00f6netmelik hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi ve avantajlar\u0131ndan bahsetti; \u201cCumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kararnamesi bize dedi ki, \u00fcret fazlas\u0131n\u0131 <strong>10 y\u0131l s\u00fcre boyunca<\/strong> senden sat\u0131n al\u0131r\u0131m. Bu g\u00fczel bir haber \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6nceden \u00fcretti\u011fimiz enerjiyi satmam\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildi. Bir s\u00fcrpriz daha geldi, <strong>mahsupla\u015fma<\/strong>. <strong>\u00c7ift y\u00f6nl\u00fc elektrik sayac\u0131m\u0131z<\/strong> bir ay boyunca \u00fcretti\u011fimiz ve t\u00fcketti\u011fimiz enerjiyi \u00f6l\u00e7ecek, ay sonunda <strong>kim daha fazla enerji verdiyse<\/strong>, di\u011fer tarafa fatura edecek. Bu fatura etmenin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda da e\u011fer ben daha fazla t\u00fckettiysem, normal bedelinden da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketine fatura ediyorum. E\u011fer ben daha fazla \u00fcrettiysem de da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketi bana vergiler hari\u00e7 bunun \u00f6demesini yap\u0131yor. Bu sekt\u00f6re \u00f6nemli bir hareket getirdi. 5-6 y\u0131l \u00f6nce olsa \u00e7ok cazip gelmeyebilirdi; ama art\u0131k bu bir ihtiya\u00e7, bug\u00fcn de\u011filse <strong>yar\u0131n yapt\u0131rmak zorunday\u0131z<\/strong> ve birka\u00e7 sene i\u00e7inde <strong>kendini amorti<\/strong> ediyor. Herkesi <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kullanmaya<\/strong> davet ediyoruz.\u201d \u015feklinde s\u00f6zlerini noktalad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cYenilenebilir Enerji ile Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Bir Numaral\u0131 Yat\u0131r\u0131m Plan\u0131d\u0131r\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Makine M\u00fchendisi ve VAT Enerji Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc M. Altu\u011f Karata\u015f<\/strong>; \u201cSon <strong>1.5 senede<\/strong> enerji maliyetleri katmerlenmi\u015f durumda. Yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak <strong>200\u2019den fazla<\/strong> et\u00fct ve <strong>100\u2019e yak\u0131n<\/strong> uygulanm\u0131\u015f projeden elde etti\u011fimiz verilere g\u00f6re; enerji verimlili\u011fi i\u00e7in ne yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralayabiliriz: <strong>\u2018Fark\u0131ndal\u0131k\u2019, \u2018ihtiya\u00e7\u2019, \u2018et\u00fcd\u2019, \u2018inceleme\u2019 ve son olarak da \u2018uygulama\u2019<\/strong>. Ben bir de <strong>6. Maddeden<\/strong> bahsedece\u011fim o da \u2018<strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong>\u2019, bir\u00e7o\u011fumuz sunumdan sonra fabrikam\u0131z\u0131n i\u00e7inde asl\u0131nda bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6receksiniz ve bunu nas\u0131l hayata ge\u00e7irebilece\u011finizi \u00f6\u011frenecek ve bunu hayata ge\u00e7irmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015facaks\u0131n\u0131z. \u201c dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karata\u015f<\/strong> s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cTesislere gitti\u011fimizde saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131p <strong>et\u00fcd planlama<\/strong> toplant\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz. Bu sekt\u00f6re g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fen bir \u015fey ve elde etti\u011fimiz verileri analiz edip projelendiriyor, fizibilite yap\u0131yor ve raporlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sunuyoruz. En nihayetinde ula\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sonu\u00e7, uygulama ile birlikte daha verimli bir i\u015fletme. <strong>\u00d6l\u00e7mek bilmektir, \u00f6l\u00e7m\u00fcyorsan\u0131z bilmiyorsunuz<\/strong>. <em>Verimlilik potansiyellerini ayd\u0131nlatma sistemleri, elektrik motorlar\u0131, so\u011futma sistemleri, bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava, kazanlar, pompalar, f\u0131r\u0131nlar ve fanlar<\/em> olarak s\u0131ralayabiliriz. <strong>Yenilenebilir enerji ile enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> bir numaral\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m plan\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<strong>Karata\u015f, KOSGEB<\/strong> ve <strong>enerji performans s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi<\/strong> hakk\u0131nda da bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm: Enerji Verimlili\u011fi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> kurulan <strong>EYODER Enerji Verimlili\u011fi ve Y\u00f6netimi Derne\u011fi Genel Sekreteri Naci I\u015f\u0131kl\u0131<\/strong>, Derne\u011fin ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <strong>enerji verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong>, yetkili <strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k (EVD) firmalar\u0131<\/strong> ile bu konuda u\u011fra\u015f veren payda\u015flar\u0131n, serbest piyasa ko\u015fullar\u0131nda, rekabet ve benzeri t\u00fcm konularda <strong>ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak bir araya getirilmesi<\/strong>, enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, <strong>kad\u0131nlara e\u015fit haklar\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131<\/strong> olarak s\u0131ralad\u0131. 2020 \u015eubat ay\u0131 itibari ile <strong>45<\/strong> EVD\u2019nin <strong>22 tanesi derne\u011fe<\/strong> \u00fcye oldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EYODER Genel Sekreteri I\u015f\u0131kl\u0131<\/strong>, \u201cBizim i\u00e7in <strong>enerji parad\u0131r<\/strong>. D\u0131\u015far\u0131dan k\u00f6m\u00fcr, do\u011falgaz ve enerji al\u0131yoruz ve param\u0131z\u0131 yak\u0131yoruz. Asl\u0131nda param\u0131zdan tasarruf etmeliyiz. Bu y\u00fczden enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin <strong>enerji talebi s\u00fcrekli<\/strong> art\u0131yor ama enerji \u00fcretimi artm\u0131yor, fark <strong>%70 civar\u0131nda<\/strong> ve cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n en \u00e7o\u011funu da bu olu\u015fturuyor. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde ise <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> yer al\u0131yor. Avrupa \u00fclkelerini de enerjiyi \u00fcreterek de\u011fil <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi yaparak tasarruf<\/strong> sa\u011flad\u0131lar.\u201d<strong> ISO 50001<\/strong>\u2019e de de\u011finen I\u015f\u0131kl\u0131 s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti; \u201cEtkin bir <strong>EnYS kurulmas\u0131<\/strong> sonucunda, sadece olu\u015facak <strong>fark\u0131ndal\u0131k ile (\u00f6nemli bir yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmadan)<\/strong> enerji performans\u0131nda <strong>%10-15<\/strong> oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f sa\u011flanabilir. \u0130\u015fletme genelinde sistematik bir yol haritas\u0131 ile t\u00fcm <strong>enerji t\u00fcketim noktalar\u0131n\u0131n et\u00fct edilmesi<\/strong> ve \u201cteknik ve ekonomik a\u00e7\u0131dan uygulanabilir\u201d projelerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi ile potansiyel olarak <strong>%30<\/strong>\u2019lar\u0131 a\u015fan<strong> enerji tasarrufuna<\/strong> ula\u015f\u0131labilir. <strong>Enerji t\u00fcketimi<\/strong> konusunda bilin\u00e7 d\u00fczeyi y\u00fcksek olan Kanada\u2019da <strong>ISO 50001<\/strong> uygulanan tesislerde ilk <strong>18 ayda<\/strong> <strong>%10<\/strong> civar\u0131nda, <strong>4 y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda<\/strong> ise <strong>%20 tasarruf<\/strong> sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.\u201ddedi.<\/p>\n<h2>\u201c<strong>Yenilenebilir Enerji ve Enerji Verimlili\u011fini G\u00fcndemden D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmemek ve Farkl\u0131l\u0131k Yaratmak Laz\u0131m\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u201c<strong>25 Ocak\u2019ta<\/strong> yay\u0131mlanan y\u00f6netmelikte <strong>end\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmeler ve OSB\u2019ler<\/strong> mutlak olarak <strong>enerji y\u00f6netim birimi<\/strong> kurmak zorunda\u201d diyen ve sanayide enerji verimlili\u011fine de\u011finen <strong>OSB\u00dcK Enerji M\u00fc\u015faviri Mehmet Aslan <\/strong>ise; \u201cY\u00f6netim birimlerinin yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmadan neler yap\u0131labilir? <strong>Enerji maliyetleri<\/strong> kontrol edilemez giderler de\u011fil, aksine<strong> i\u015fletmelerde en kolay ve en etkin \u015fekilde y\u00f6netebilecek giderler aras\u0131nda<\/strong> yer al\u0131r. \u0130\u015fletmelerde enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rarak <strong>enerji t\u00fcketimleri<\/strong> azalt\u0131labilir, k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede rakip firmalarla rekabette \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck sa\u011flanabilir. <strong>Enerji tasarrufu<\/strong>, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yat\u0131r\u0131m gerektirmez. Gerekli \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nabilir, bu \u00f6nlemlerin etkileri k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede hissedilebilir. Minimum maliyetlerde enerji faturalar\u0131nda <strong>%20\u2019ye varan<\/strong> tasarruflar sa\u011flanabilir.\u201d Dedi ve ekledi; \u201c<strong>Yenilenebilir enerji ve enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong>ni g\u00fcndemden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmemek ve farkl\u0131l\u0131k yaratmak laz\u0131m.\u201ddedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cYap\u0131lan \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalarla Standart Yatay Buzdolaplar\u0131na Oranla, %40 Enerji Tasarrufu Sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6rde <strong>Ar-Ge ve teknoloji<\/strong> konular\u0131na de\u011finen <strong>Kristal End\u00fcstri Fabrika M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Abdi Kilit, firma olarak enerji verimlili\u011fi konusunda elde ettikleri sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 payla\u015ft\u0131: <\/strong>\u201cKonveksiyonel f\u0131r\u0131nlarda, yeni tasarlanan dijital kart sayesinde, PID kontrol\u00fc ile rezistanslar\u0131 s\u0131rayla devreye al\u0131p, enerji tasarrufu yap\u0131ld\u0131. <strong>Conta ve izolasyonda iyile\u015ftirmeye<\/strong> gidip, \u0131s\u0131 kayb\u0131 en aza indirgendi ve toplamda <strong>%12<\/strong> enerji tasarrufu sa\u011fland\u0131. Ta\u015f tabanl\u0131 pastane f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n, <strong>dijital kart yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131nda<\/strong>, revizyona gidip, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sistemi iyile\u015ftirildi. Enerji t\u00fcketimini azald\u0131 ve daha verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r hale getirildi ve %16 enerji tasarrufu sa\u011fland\u0131. AR-GE Merkezimizde, TUB\u0130TAK destekli Ar-Ge projeleri geli\u015ftirildi. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonunda, End\u00fcstriyel buzdolaplar\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk defa A enerji s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnler \u00fcretildi. \u0130nverter kompres\u00f6r kullanarak %16, enerji tasarruflu fan yard\u0131m\u0131yla %5, \u00e7ok odac\u0131kl\u0131 conta ile %4, yap\u0131lan aerojel yal\u0131t\u0131m ile %15 enerji t\u00fcketimi sa\u011fland\u0131. Standart yatay buzdolaplar\u0131na oranla, %40 enerji tasarrufu elde edildi.
