Bu kapsamda uygun platformlarda yer alarak yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 bilgilendiriyoruz. <strong>T\u00fcrkiye Bilimler Akademisi<\/strong>\u2019nin d\u00fczenledi\u011fi ve <strong>Afyon Kocatepe \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaya da kat\u0131larak <strong>T\u00fcrkiye Jeotermal Geli\u015ftirme Projesi<\/strong>: Risk Payla\u015f\u0131m Mekanizmas\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir sunum ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Jeotermal kaynak arama ama\u00e7l\u0131 sondaj faaliyetlerine % 60\u2019a varan destek<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131<\/strong>, <strong>Risk Payla\u015f\u0131m Mekanizmas\u0131<\/strong> ile <strong>jeotermal enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> \u0131s\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131mlar dahil <strong>kaynak ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve do\u011frulama<\/strong> ama\u00e7l\u0131 <strong>kuyu delme faaliyetlerinde<\/strong> kar\u015f\u0131la\u015facaklar\u0131 risklerin kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca, <strong>jeotermal yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> erken d\u00f6nem risklerinin belirli oranlarda kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 ile \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn arama d\u00f6nemi <strong>jeotermal yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na<\/strong> olan ilgisinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u00fclke genelinde ke\u015ffedilmemi\u015f alanlarda <strong>jeotermal yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n geli\u015fmesi<\/strong> bekleniyor. Projenin ilk uygulama a\u015famalar\u0131 devam ederken, <strong>May\u0131s 2020<\/strong> tarihinde <strong>2&#8217;inci d\u00f6nem ba\u015fvurular\u0131n<\/strong> al\u0131nmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. <strong>Risk Payla\u015f\u0131m Mekanizmas\u0131<\/strong>\u2019na, <strong>jeotermal enerjiden elektrik \u00fcretimi<\/strong> ve <strong>\u0131s\u0131 kullan\u0131m amac\u0131yla<\/strong> yararlanacak olan ve ba\u015fvuru tarihinden itibaren en az <strong>18 ay ge\u00e7erli bir arama lisans\u0131n<\/strong>a sahip t\u00fcm yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar ba\u015fvuruda bulunabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ayd\u0131n, Denizli ve Manisa<\/strong> illerinde daha \u00f6nceden ke\u015ffedilmi\u015f olan ve<strong> jeotermal enerjiden elektrik \u00fcretiminin<\/strong> yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu il\u00e7elerdeki projelerin; <strong>delinen kuyular\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olmas\u0131<\/strong> durumunda kabul edilebilir kuyu maliyetinin <strong>% 40<\/strong>\u2019\u0131, di\u011fer b\u00f6lgeler i\u00e7in ise <strong>% 60<\/strong>\u2019\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor. Proje \u015fartlar\u0131nda <strong>delinen kuyular ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olursa<\/strong> yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n kabul edilebilir kuyu maliyetlerinin <strong>% 10<\/strong>\u2019u oran\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131 primi \u00f6demesi yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>T\u00fcrkiye, jeotermal elektrik \u00fcretiminde 4&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de jeotermal enerjiden elektrik \u00fcretimi <strong>10 y\u0131lda<\/strong> dikkate de\u011fer bir bi\u00e7imde art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi Avrupa\u2019da 1&#8217;inci, d\u00fcnyada ise <strong>4&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131raya<\/strong> kadar y\u00fckseltti. 1984 y\u0131l\u0131nda, <strong>15 megavat kurulu kapasiteye<\/strong> sahip <strong>K\u0131z\u0131ldere-I jeotermal enerji santrali<\/strong> ile ba\u015flayan geli\u015fim, <strong>2006<\/strong> y\u0131l\u0131nda ilk <strong>\u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r jeotermal santralin<\/strong> devreye girmesi ve sonras\u0131nda <strong>2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren <strong>5686 say\u0131l\u0131<\/strong> <em>Jeotermal Kaynaklar ve Do\u011fal Mineralli Sular Kanunu ve Uygulama Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi<\/em> ile h\u0131zla devam etti. Jeotermal enerjiden <strong>elektrik \u00fcretimini<\/strong> destekleyen <strong>yasal d\u00fczenlemeler ve yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> <em>YEK Kanunuyla desteklenmesi<\/em> mekanizmas\u0131 sonras\u0131nda <strong>jeotermal enerji santrallerinin<\/strong> kurulu kapasitesi son <strong>10 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde<\/strong> \u00f6nemli bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek <strong>51 jeotermal elektrik santrali<\/strong>yle toplamda <strong>1445 megavat<\/strong> de\u011ferine ula\u015ft\u0131.
