Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada <strong>AB \u00fclkelerinin<\/strong> ge\u00e7en y\u0131l elektrik ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n %15\u2019ini r\u00fczgar enerjisinden elde etti\u011fi raporland\u0131. <strong>2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> r\u00fczgar enerjisinde <strong>686 MW<\/strong> kurulum ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren T\u00fcrkiye ise elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n <strong>%8\u2019sini<\/strong> r\u00fczgar enerjisinden kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131. Avrupa\u2019da kurulu r\u00fczgar g\u00fcc\u00fc bak\u0131m\u0131ndan <strong>7&#8217;inci s\u0131radaki<\/strong> konumunu koruyan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirten <strong>\u00dclke Enerji<\/strong> Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ali Ayd\u0131n, r\u00fczgar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;den yana esmesi i\u00e7in <strong>proje devreye al\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zlanmas\u0131<\/strong> gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2019\u2019da Avrupa\u2019da 15 GW \u00dczerinde R\u00fczgar Enerjisi Kuruldu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Avrupa\u2019da, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l <strong>15,4 GW\u2019l\u0131k<\/strong> yeni <strong>r\u00fczgar enerjisi santrali<\/strong> kuruldu. Yeni kurulumlarla birlikte Avrupa <strong>205 GW<\/strong> kurulu r\u00fczgar g\u00fcc\u00fcne ula\u015ft\u0131. Bu oran, <strong>2018<\/strong>&#8216;den <strong>%27<\/strong> daha y\u00fcksek ancak <strong>2017&#8217;deki<\/strong> rekor kurulumun <strong>%10<\/strong> alt\u0131nda. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l Avrupa&#8217;daki t\u00fcm elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n <strong>%15&#8217;ini<\/strong> r\u00fczgar enerjisi kar\u015f\u0131larken, T\u00fcrkiye ise elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n <strong>%8\u2019ini<\/strong> r\u00fczgar enerjisinden temin etti. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131llara oranla T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin <strong>2019<\/strong> y\u0131l\u0131ndaki <strong>r\u00fczgar enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken <strong>Ali Ayd\u0131n<\/strong>\u2019a g\u00f6re, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenen <strong>10 GW<\/strong> i\u00e7in gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. R\u00fczgar enerjisinden faydalanma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan Danimarka<strong> %48\u2019lik<\/strong> oranla rekoru elinde bulunduruyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Avrupa\u2019da 7&#8217;inci S\u0131raday\u0131z<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>WindEurope\u2019nin<\/strong> yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rapora g\u00f6re, Avrupa&#8217;daki t\u00fcm <strong>r\u00fczgar enerjisi kapasitesinin %67<\/strong>&#8216;si 5 \u00fclkede bulunuyor. Almanya <strong>61 GW<\/strong>, \u0130spanya <strong>26 GW<\/strong>, \u0130ngiltere <strong>24 GW<\/strong>, Fransa <strong>17 GW<\/strong> ve \u0130talya<strong> 11 GW<\/strong>\u2019ye sahip. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunan \u0130sve\u00e7 9 GW kurulu g\u00fcce sahipken, Avrupa genelinde <strong>7&#8217;inci<\/strong> s\u0131rada bulunan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin sahip oldu\u011fu <strong>kurulu r\u00fczgar enerjisi g\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong> ise <strong>686 MW\u2019lik<\/strong> art\u0131\u015fla <strong>8 GW<\/strong> oldu. <strong>2019\u2019daki<\/strong> yat\u0131r\u0131mlara g\u00f6re ise \u0130ngiltere, <strong>2,4 GW<\/strong>\u2019l\u0131k kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile <strong>1&#8217;inci<\/strong> s\u0131rada geldi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>R\u00fczgar Enerjisinin Avrupa\u2019daki Motoru Almanya Yava\u015flad\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Avrupa&#8217;da <strong>r\u00fczgar end\u00fcstrisinin motoru<\/strong> olan <strong>Almanya dura\u011fanl\u0131k<\/strong> ya\u015f\u0131yor. 2000&#8217;den beri en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kapasite kurulumunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren Almanya, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l sadece <strong>1,1 GW kara r\u00fczgar\u0131<\/strong> kurdu. Gelecek y\u0131l daha iyi olmas\u0131 beklenmeyen ve \u00e7ok az<strong> yeni yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131klanan Almanya\u2019n\u0131n durumu, <strong>Avrupa\u2019daki belirlenen hedefleri<\/strong> tutturmada sorun olu\u015fturabilir. Avrupa\u2019daki genel dura\u011fanl\u0131\u011fa dikkat \u00e7eken <strong>Ali Ayd\u0131n<\/strong>\u2019a g\u00f6re, r\u00fczgar enerjisinde ata\u011fa ge\u00e7mesi gereken T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ba\u015fta yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar olmak \u00fczere, <strong>r\u00fczgar enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde<\/strong> ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan ad\u0131mlar\u0131 bir an \u00f6nce atmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>AB \u00dcyesi Olmayan \u00dclkelerdeki Yat\u0131r\u0131m 3,9 Milyar Euro<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>R\u00fczgar enerjisine y\u00f6nelik yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>20 milyar euro yat\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen Avrupa\u2019da, AB \u00fcyesi olmayan \u00fclkelerdeki yat\u0131r\u0131mlar, toplam yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n <strong>%21&#8217;ini<\/strong> temsil ediyor. <strong>3,9 milyar euro yat\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong> alan <strong>T\u00fcrkiye, Norve\u00e7 ve Ukrayna\u2019n\u0131n<\/strong> yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ise \u00e7o\u011funlukla <strong>kara r\u00fczgar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.
