Proje kapsam\u0131nda <strong>80 \u00f6\u011fretmen yo\u011fun mesleki geli\u015fim<\/strong> e\u011fitimlerine kat\u0131l\u0131rken, sertifikal\u0131 e\u011fitici e\u011fitmenler olarak yeti\u015fmeleri desteklendi. Proje i\u00e7erikleri ise Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>\u201cTeknoloji ve Tasar\u0131m\u201d<\/strong> dersleri m\u00fcfredat\u0131na uyumlu olacak \u015fekilde kurguland\u0131. S\u0131n\u0131flardaki teknik donan\u0131mlar sayesinde <strong>\u00f6\u011frenci ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin<\/strong> mevcut m\u00fcfredat\u0131 rahat\u00e7a uygulamalar\u0131na imk\u00e2n tan\u0131nd\u0131. Mesleki ve teknik liselerde, End\u00fcstri 4.0 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn sa\u011flanmas\u0131na \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil edecek yenilik\u00e7i bir okul-sekt\u00f6r i\u015f birli\u011fi modelini ortaya koymak \u00fczere \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu model; \u00f6\u011frenci, \u00f6\u011fretmen ve sekt\u00f6r temsilcilerinin birlikte \u00f6\u011frenmesini, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmesini ve \u00fcretmesini esas al\u0131yor. Projenin ilk y\u0131l\u0131nda edindi\u011fimiz kazan\u0131mlarla, Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde, halen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 450 bin \u00f6\u011frencinin yararland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve 54.000 \u00f6\u011fretmenin uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018mesleki geli\u015fim dersinin\u2019 m\u00fcfredat\u0131n\u0131n yenilenmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. E\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak, mesleki e\u011fitimde tasar\u0131m beceri at\u00f6lyesi standartlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek \u00fczere \u00f6rnek bir at\u00f6lye tasarlad\u0131k ve uygulama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Bu proje fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma. Biz de meslek liselerinde ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan alanlar\u0131 a\u00e7arak gen\u00e7lerimizi e\u011fitiyoruz. Amac\u0131m\u0131z sanayi &#8211; okul i\u015f birli\u011fini daha da geli\u015ftirmek. Bug\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen robotik kodlama s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frencilerin ufuklar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini hayata ge\u00e7irmelerine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak \u00f6nemli bir proje. T\u00fcpra\u015f\u2019\u0131n e\u011fitim konusunda g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi duyarl\u0131l\u0131k i\u00e7in te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. Ko\u00e7 Holding\u2019e de meslek liselerini memleket meselesi olarak g\u00f6ren anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Temel E\u011fitim Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Dr. Cem Gen\u00e7o\u011flu, \u201c<\/strong>Hem bir okulda olmam\u0131z\u0131n hem bir sanayi \u015fehrinde olmam\u0131z\u0131n hem de sanayi \u015fehrinde \u00fclkemizin \u00f6nc\u00fc sanayi kurulu\u015flar\u0131yla bir arada bulunmam\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir anlam\u0131 oldu\u011funu ifade etmek isterim. Okullar\u0131m\u0131zda \u00fclkemizin gayrisafi milli has\u0131la, sanayi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131zdan ve inovasyondan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z de\u011fildir. E\u011fitim dedi\u011fimiz zaman sadece okullarda \u00f6\u011fretilen yap\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok daha \u00f6tesinde inovatif ve yarat\u0131c\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi merkeze alan yap\u0131lar akla gelmektedir. Temel inanc\u0131m\u0131z \u00fclkemizin en \u00fccra \u015fehirlerindeki okullar\u0131nda da tasar\u0131m beceri okullar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Tasar\u0131m okullar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencilerin \u201cbu tam da benim i\u00e7in yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f\u201d dedi\u011fi yat\u0131r\u0131mlard\u0131r.
