Yeni al\u0131nan kararlar ve at\u0131lan adamlarla 2020\u2019nin sonunda <strong>33<\/strong>\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131ran\u0131n alt\u0131na inmeyi bekliyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya vatanda\u015fl\u0131k verilmesi do\u011fru bir ad\u0131m <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tar\u0131m Orman \u015euras\u0131 Eylem Plan\u0131\u2019nda yer alan 38 maddeden \u00fc\u00e7 maddenin detaylar\u0131n\u0131 sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri ile payla\u015fan <strong>Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakan\u0131 Dr. Pakdemirli<\/strong>, \u201cTar\u0131m ve orman \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde \u2018markala\u015fma\u2019 konusunda d\u00fcnya ile entegre olmam\u0131z gerekiyor. O y\u00fczden <strong>250 <\/strong>bin dolarl\u0131k gayrimenkul alan yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya vatanda\u015fl\u0131k hakk\u0131 tan\u0131nmas\u0131 do\u011fru bir ad\u0131md\u0131r. Bizim caddelerimizde de d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinden insanlar dola\u015fmal\u0131. B\u00f6ylece sizin \u00fcretti\u011finiz konutlar, i\u015fyerleri, AVM\u2019ler sat\u0131ls\u0131n ve bu gayrimenkuller d\u00fcnyada para \u00f6demeye haz\u0131r kitle taraf\u0131ndan al\u0131ns\u0131n. Biz <strong>4<\/strong> saatlik u\u00e7u\u015f mesafesinde d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun y\u00fczde <strong>40<\/strong>\u2019\u0131na yak\u0131n bir konumday\u0131z. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin y\u00fcz\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczde <strong>29<\/strong>\u2019u orman alan\u0131. 2023 hedefimiz de bu oran\u0131 y\u00fczde <strong>30<\/strong>\u2019a \u00e7\u0131karmakt\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yap\u0131lan konutlar\u0131n y\u00fczde <strong>99.2<\/strong>\u2019si betonarme, y\u00fczde <strong>0.7<\/strong>\u2019si y\u0131\u011fma tu\u011fla, y\u00fczde <strong>0.1<\/strong>\u2019i ah\u015fap. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ah\u015fap yap\u0131 binde <strong>1<\/strong>\u2019in alt\u0131nda. Kanada\u2019da ise y\u00fczde <strong>90<\/strong> ah\u015fap. Avrupa k\u0131tas\u0131nda da y\u00fczde <strong>15<\/strong> ila <strong>20<\/strong> civar\u0131nda. Ah\u015fap, bir metrekare \u00e7elikten y\u00fczde <strong>35<\/strong>, betondan da y\u00fczde <strong>65<\/strong> daha hafif. Betondan <strong>24<\/strong> kat, \u00e7elikten de iki kat daha fazla y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131yor. 20. y\u00fczy\u0131lda ah\u015fab\u0131n yerini betonarme ald\u0131. Ama son zamanlarda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik g\u00fcndeme geldi\u011finden ah\u015fap yine \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015fl\u0131yor. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc bir maddemiz ise do\u011fal ekoturizm potansiyelimizi daha fazla ilerletmektir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin d\u00f6rt bir taraf\u0131nda kayak turizmi halkla bulu\u015fturuldu. Mesela Avusturya\u2019da milli gelirin y\u00fczde <strong>65<\/strong>\u2019i kardan geliyor. Yani kar\u0131 da k\u00e2ra \u00e7evirmemiz laz\u0131m\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>K\u0131r ve kent dengesini korumal\u0131y\u0131z<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130stanbul genelinde <strong>16 bin 300<\/strong> hektar, T\u00fcrkiye genelinde de <strong>620 <\/strong>bin hektar alan\u0131n, 2B tespiti yap\u0131l\u0131p orman s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden <strong>Dr. Bekir Pakdemirli<\/strong>,\u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cM\u00fclkiyeti orman olmakla birlikte \u00fczerinde orman \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc bulunmayan, a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 da m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan yerle\u015fim yeri olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi uygun oldu\u011fu tespit edilen alanlar ile ilgili de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z devam ediyor. \u00d6zel orman alanlar\u0131nda yap\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131yla alakal\u0131 formalitelerin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, i\u015flerin kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla ilgili talepleri de\u011ferlendiriyoruz. Ormanl\u0131k alanlarda da Millet Bah\u00e7esi kurulabilmesi i\u00e7in mevzuat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam ediyor. K\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131 tamamlay\u0131p hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fiz. D\u00fcnyada sekt\u00f6rlerin birbirine ge\u00e7i\u015fi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. \u00dclke olarak, ne yap\u0131yorsak her alanda en iyilerini yapmam\u0131z laz\u0131m. Tar\u0131m ve orman alan\u0131nda da en iyi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapmal\u0131y\u0131z. Bir\u00e7ok konuda markala\u015faca\u011f\u0131z, sizler de yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z konutla, pazarlaman\u0131zla, markalar\u0131n\u0131zla \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kacaks\u0131n\u0131z ki hep birlikte daha fazla katma de\u011fer elde edelim. Bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye <strong>82<\/strong> milyon vatanda\u015f\u0131, <strong>5<\/strong> milyon m\u00fcltecisi, <strong>51<\/strong> milyonun \u00fczerinde turistiyle <strong>135<\/strong> milyonluk bir ekosistemi beslemekte. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin, tamamen kendi kendine yeterlilik i\u00e7in <strong>53<\/strong> milyon hektar araziye ihtiyac\u0131 var. Bundan sonra ataca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ad\u0131mlarda da k\u0131r ve kent dengesini korumam\u0131z laz\u0131m. \u00d6zellikle tar\u0131m yap\u0131lamayacak elveri\u015fsiz arazileri kazanman\u0131n yoluna bakaca\u011f\u0131z. Kadim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz bize zaten \u2018yama\u00e7larda konutlar\u0131, ovalarda tar\u0131m\u0131 yap\u2019 diyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Turizmde t\u00fcm izin s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini 60 g\u00fcnle s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rd\u0131k<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Turizm izinleri konusunda da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n h\u0131zland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten <strong>Bakan Pakdemirli<\/strong>, \u201cYat\u0131r\u0131m ortam\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi anlam\u0131nda art\u0131k daha tahmin edilebilir bir yat\u0131r\u0131m ortam\u0131 olacak. \u00d6zellikle orman, turizm izinleri ile ilgili \u015f\u00f6yle bir genelge \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yoruz; en ba\u015fta nerelere izin verece\u011fimize dair her \u015feyi \u015feffaf bir \u015fekilde internet sitesinden yay\u0131nlayaca\u011f\u0131z. Vatanda\u015f ba\u015fvururken bunlar\u0131n hepsini g\u00f6recek. Ekim ay\u0131ndan beri t\u00fcm izin s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini 60 g\u00fcnle s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rd\u0131k\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0130stihdam\u0131n ana ekseni sizler olacaks\u0131n\u0131z<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye ger\u00e7ekten b\u00fcy\u00fck potansiyel bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor\u201d diyen <strong>Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakan\u0131 Dr. Bekir Pakdemirli<\/strong>, konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle tamamlad\u0131: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi 21. y\u00fczy\u0131la ta\u015f\u0131yacak olanlar sizlersiniz \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc yak\u0131n zamanda art\u0131k devlet k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclmek durumunda kalacakt\u0131r.
