Belediyeler oturumunda bu konuda \u00f6zellikle <strong>b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir ve kent belediyelerinin sorumluluklar\u0131<\/strong> ve bu alandaki politikalar\u0131n verimlilik odakl\u0131 yepyeni bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereklili\u011fi konu\u015fulacak; <strong>Kayseri Melikgazi Belediyesi\u2019nin<\/strong> \u2018enerji t\u00fcketimini kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir resmi kurum taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan en b\u00fcy\u00fck <strong>\u00e7at\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fc g\u00fcne\u015f panelini kurmas\u0131<\/strong> \u00f6rne\u011fi\u2019 detaylar\u0131yla ele al\u0131nacak.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>&#8220;G\u00fcne<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong> Enerjisi ve Finans\u201d <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6zellikle <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi finansman modellerinin<\/strong> gelece\u011fine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda finansal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 nitelikli kurulu\u015f ve fonlar\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi i\u015f birli\u011fine gidecek \u015fekilde yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 ve sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn <strong>finansal sa\u011flaml\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bankalarca<\/strong> y\u00f6nlendirilen <strong>reg\u00fclasyon ve d\u00fczenlemelerden<\/strong> yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 odakl\u0131 reg\u00fclasyon ve d\u00fczenlemelere d\u00f6nmesi gerekiyor. Avrupal\u0131 <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131<\/strong> g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin ciddi ivme kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131tadaki <strong>yeni pazarlar ve i\u015f modelleriyle<\/strong> ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini bu oturumda aktaracak.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cG\u00fcne<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong> Enerjisi Depolama ve Elektrikli Ula<\/strong><strong>\u015f\u0131<\/strong><strong>m\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>D\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda batarya maliyetlerindeki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ve <strong>elektrikli ara\u00e7lara uygulanan<\/strong> vergi indirimleri gibi fakt\u00f6rler <strong>elektrikli ara\u00e7 sahipli\u011fini<\/strong> art\u0131r\u0131yor. <strong>2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> yollardaki elektrikli ara\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131 <strong>2 milyon civar\u0131<\/strong> iken mevcut durumda bu say\u0131<strong> 3 milyona ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f<\/strong> durumda; 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda <strong>125 milyon elektrikli arac\u0131n<\/strong> kullan\u0131mda olmas\u0131 bekleniyor.
