SEDA\u015e\u2019<\/strong>\u0131n cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fine<\/strong> y\u00f6nelik fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rma hedefiyle 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> “\u0130\u015f\u2019te F\u0131rsat E\u015fitli\u011fi Projesi”<\/em> ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu projeye ivme kazand\u0131rarak \u2018Forget the Gender\u2019<\/strong> ad\u0131yla yoluna h\u0131z kesmeden devam etti\u011fini aktaran P\u0131nar Ba\u015fol<\/strong>, proje ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131nda \u00f6ncelikle kad\u0131n ve erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan<\/strong> olu\u015fan \u2018\u0130\u015f\u2019te F\u0131rsat E\u015fitli\u011fi Komitesi\u2019<\/strong>ni kurduklar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.\u00a0 Buna g\u00f6re \u201cF\u0131rsat E\u015fitli\u011fi Politikas\u0131\u201dn\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irdiklerini vurgulayan Ba\u015fol, \u201cKat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kariyer g\u00fcnlerinde<\/strong> ve fuarlarda projemizi<\/strong> anlatt\u0131k. Bu kapsamda meslek lisesi ziyaretleri<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Ayr\u0131ca Elektrik M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131<\/strong> ile gelecek d\u00f6nemde i\u015f birli\u011fi yapabilmek ad\u0131na onlara projemizi aktard\u0131k. \u0130\u015eKUR ziyaretlerimizde<\/strong> kad\u0131n teknisyen adaylar\u0131n\u0131 \u015firketimize y\u00f6nlendirmelerini talep ettik\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
