You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de sanayi \u00fcretimi kapasite kullan\u0131m oran\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131, enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00fczerinde de olumlu etki yaratt\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fc son 10 y\u0131lda h\u0131zlanan serbestle\u015fme s\u00fcreci ve sekt\u00f6re gelen yeni d\u00fczenlemeler ile yo\u011fun bir g\u00fcndeme sahip oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6rdeki b\u00fcy\u00fcme g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, 2013 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n da mevzuat d\u00fczenlemeleri ve g\u00fcncellemeleri ile tazelenece\u011fi bir y\u0131l olacak gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Bu y\u0131l \u00f6zelle\u015ftirmelerin devir teslim i\u015flemlerinin tamamlanmas\u0131 ve ba\u015fta g\u00fcne\u015f olmak \u00fczere \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131z kazanmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken, di\u011fer yandan sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar yakla\u015f\u0131k %6,5 &#8211; 7,2 oran\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Geli\u015fmekte olan ve son y\u0131llarda b\u00fcy\u00fcme oranlar\u0131yla d\u00fcnyada kendinden s\u00f6z ettiren T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerji gereksinimi de b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine paralel olarak art\u0131yor. \u00d6zellikle elektrik enerjisi talep art\u0131\u015f s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye, \u00c7in&#8217;den sonra ikinci \u00fclke olarak dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de son 10 y\u0131lda 25 Milyar Dolar&#8217;\u0131 a\u015fan yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n<p>Elektrik enerjisinde kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc son 10 y\u0131lda, 28 bin megavattan 57 bin megavata, 122 milyar kilovatsaatlik y\u0131ll\u0131k t\u00fcketim ise 242 milyar kilovatsaate ula\u015ft\u0131. 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda<a href=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/turkiye-enerji-talep-patlamasi.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-10734\" title=\"turkiye-enerji-talep-patlamasi\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/turkiye-enerji-talep-patlamasi-300x181.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"181\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/turkiye-enerji-talep-patlamasi-300x181.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/turkiye-enerji-talep-patlamasi-80x48.jpg 80w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/turkiye-enerji-talep-patlamasi.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>n bu yana ortalama y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 7 artarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen talep art\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7in, gelecek 10 y\u0131lda da bu talep art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n artarak devam etmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. 2023 hedefleri de g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 gelecek on y\u0131l boyunca g\u00fcndemdeki yerini koruyacak gibi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, ekonomik geli\u015fme, sanayile\u015fme ve kentle\u015fme dinamiklerine paralel olarak y\u00fcksek talep art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcyen enerji piyasalar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda geliyor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar d\u00fcnya ve Avrupa ortalamalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesi beklenirken, bu b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin en \u00f6nemli itici g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r olu\u015fturuyor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k oran\u0131 bug\u00fcn y\u00fczde 70&#8217;ler seviyesinde.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer yandan, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 2010 &#8211; 2030 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yapmay\u0131 planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n toplam\u0131 225 &#8211; 280 Milyar Dolar. Bu noktada \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131z kazanmas\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn gelece\u011fini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde etkileyece\u011fi yads\u0131namaz bir ger\u00e7ek olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Son 10 y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k iki kat art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6steren elektrik talebinde \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 10 y\u0131lda da yakla\u015f\u0131k iki kat b\u00fcy\u00fcme potansiyeli bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, jeotermal \u0131s\u0131 potansiyeli a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan d\u00fcnyada yedinci, Avrupa&#8217;da ise birinci s\u0131ra yer al\u0131yor. Jeotermal, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de potansiyeli y\u00fcksek olan ancak yeterince kullan\u0131lmayan bir zenginlik. Halk aras\u0131nda &#8216;termal&#8217; ve &#8216;kapl\u0131ca&#8217; olarak bilinen jeotermal kaynakl\u0131 sular\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131, \u015fifa ve sa\u011fl\u0131k ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7emedi. Ancak T\u00fcrkiye, son y\u0131llarda jeotermal potansiyelini kullanmak i\u00e7in yeni giri\u015fimlere sahne oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n ilgisini \u00e7ekmeye ba\u015flayan bir di\u011fer yenilenebilir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 ise r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi. T\u00fcrkiye, giderek r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde de a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha fazla hissedilen bir \u00fclke olmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu nedenle d\u00fcnya ve \u00f6zellikle Avrupa stratejisi i\u00e7inde T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin yeri giderek art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fu ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu B\u00f6lgeleri zengin su kaynaklar\u0131 ile \u00f6zellikle hidroelektrik a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00fclkemizin en b\u00fcy\u00fck potansiyeline sahip b\u00f6lgeleri aras\u0131nda bulunuyor. \u015eu ana kadar ter\u00f6r nedeniyle g\u00fcvenli\u011fin s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olmas\u0131 bu potansiyelin de\u011ferlendirilmesine de engel oldu. B\u00f6lge enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan istenilen seviyeye gelebilmi\u015f durumda de\u011fil.
