D\u00fcnya Ekonomik Forumu (WEF) taraf\u0131ndan her y\u0131l d\u00fczenli olarak yay\u0131mlanan K\u00fcresel Riskler Raporu\u2019na g\u00f6re, ekonomik ve politik kutupla\u015fma 2020’de artacak ve “iklim” en b\u00fcy\u00fck 5 uzun vadeli riskin tamam\u0131n\u0131 tehdit etmeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrken\u00a0\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 10 y\u0131l i\u00e7in en b\u00fcy\u00fck 5 k\u00fcresel riskin tamam\u0131 ise “\u00e7evre”ye y\u00f6nelik olacak.<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Yap\u0131lan anketin 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcnde<\/strong> ilk kez, en b\u00fcy\u00fck 5 k\u00fcresel risk<\/strong> aras\u0131nda a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hava \"\"olaylar\u0131, insan kaynakl\u0131 \u00e7evresel tahribat, afetler, biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlilik kayb\u0131, depremden tsunamiye<\/strong> kadar pek \u00e7ok do\u011fal afet<\/strong> yer al\u0131yor. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 10 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde<\/strong> etkinin ciddiyeti a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ise en b\u00fcy\u00fck risk, \u201ciklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin hafifletilmesi ve adaptasyonu\u201d<\/strong> konular\u0131ndaki ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131klar olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

WEF, iklim, \u00e7evre, halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve teknoloji sistemlerine y\u00f6nelik<\/strong> tehditleri durdurmaya y\u00f6nelik d\u00fcnya liderlerinin, i\u015fletmelerin ve politikac\u0131lar\u0131n i\u015f birli\u011fi<\/strong> yapmas\u0131n\u0131 gerekli g\u00f6rmektedir.<\/p>\n

\u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 10 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde \u201cger\u00e7ekle\u015fme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na\u201d g\u00f6re en b\u00fcy\u00fck 5 risk:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1- Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc hava olaylar\u0131 (\u00f6rne\u011fin sel, f\u0131rt\u0131na vb.)<\/p>\n

2- \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin iyile\u015ftirilmesi ve uyum \u00e7abalar\u0131 konusunda ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k<\/p>\n

3- B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli do\u011fal afetler (deprem, tsunami, volkanik patlama, jeomanyetik f\u0131rt\u0131nalar)<\/p>\n

4- B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlilik kayb\u0131 ve ekosistem \u00e7\u00f6kmesi<\/p>\n

5- \u0130nsan yap\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7evresel zararlar ve afetler’dir.<\/p>\n
