1. \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n Amac\u0131 ve Kapsam\u0131<\/strong><\/h1>\n

\u00c7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n amac\u0131, lise \u00f6\u011frenimine<\/strong> devam etmekte olan \u00f6\u011frencileri<\/strong> \u00f6zellikle Konut, Sanayi, Ula\u015f\u0131m ve Tar\u0131m sekt\u00f6rlerinde, enerjinin verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda<\/strong> bilin\u00e7lendirmektir. Bu amaca uygun olarak sunulan projelerin, yukar\u0131da an\u0131lan sekt\u00f6rlerde, enerjinin verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na, enerji tasarrufuna, enerji tasarrufunun \u00e7evreyle ili\u015fkisi ve etkilerine y\u00f6nelik<\/strong> olmas\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisine<\/strong> katk\u0131da bulunabilecek, uygulanabilir \u00f6nerilerden<\/strong> olu\u015fmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n

Bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131,<\/strong> program kapsam\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenecek olan yar\u0131\u015fmaya y\u00f6nelik kurallar\u0131, i\u015flemleri ve \"\"y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri kapsar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Ba\u015fvuru Ko\u015fullar\u0131, Belgeleri ve Y\u00f6ntemi<\/h2>\n

2.1. Ba\u015fvuru Ko\u015fullar\u0131<\/h2>\n

2.1.1<\/strong> Yar\u0131\u015fmaya, T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong> ve KKTC\u2019de \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6ren<\/strong> t\u00fcm lise \u00f6\u011frencileri kat\u0131labilir.
\n2.1.2<\/strong> Yar\u0131\u015fmaya her \u00f6\u011frenci yaln\u0131zca bir proje<\/strong> ile kat\u0131labilir ve her proje en \u00e7ok 2 \u00f6\u011frenci<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlan\u0131r.
\n2.1.3<\/strong> Bir projede sadece bir dan\u0131\u015fman g\u00f6rev alabilir<\/strong> ve dan\u0131\u015fman birden fazla projeye dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k yapabilir. Projede dan\u0131\u015fman olmas\u0131 zorunlu de\u011fildir.<\/strong>
\n2.1.4<\/strong> Projeler 2020 y\u0131l\u0131 Lise \u00d6\u011frencileri Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Projeleri Yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 Proje Rehberine<\/strong> g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlan\u0131r.
\n2.1.5<\/strong> Ayn\u0131 ya da ba\u015fka isimlerle ve\/veya ayn\u0131 ya da benzer i\u00e7erikle (konuyla)<\/strong> herhangi bir proje yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na, bu yar\u0131\u015fman\u0131n son ba\u015fvuru tarihinden \u00f6nce<\/strong> ba\u015fvurusu yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f veya kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f projelerle bu yar\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lamaz. Son ba\u015fvuru tarihinden \u00f6nce<\/strong> ayn\u0131 projeyle bu veya ba\u015fka bir yar\u0131\u015fmaya kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya da ba\u015fvurdu\u011fu tespit edilen projeler<\/strong>, hangi a\u015famada olursa olsun yar\u0131\u015fmadan elenir.
\n2.1.6<\/strong> Ba\u015fvuru belgelerinde eksik veya yanl\u0131\u015f bilgi verilmesi, ba\u015fvurusu yap\u0131lacak<\/strong> projenin halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi<\/strong> i\u00e7in risk te\u015fkil etmesi, insanlar\u0131n ki\u015filik haklar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lmas\u0131, projede etnik k\u00f6kene, ki\u015fi veya toplumu karalamaya y\u00f6nelik i\u00e7erik<\/strong> bulunmas\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tehdit eden deneyler yap\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> durumlar\u0131nda proje ba\u015fvurular\u0131 hangi a\u015famada olursa olsun yar\u0131\u015fmadan elenir.<\/p>\n

2.2. Ba\u015fvuru \u0130\u015flemi<\/h2>\n

2.2.1<\/strong> Proje Ba\u015fvuru Formu<\/strong> ile Bilimsel Etik ve Projeye Katk\u0131 Beyan Formu<\/strong> doldurularak proje raporu ile birlikte belirtilen adrese g\u00f6nderilir. Bu formlar http:\/\/www.tubitak.gov.tr\/tr\/yarismalar\/icerik-enerji-verimliligi-proje-yarismasi<\/a> \u0130nternet adresinden temin edilir.
\n2.2.2<\/strong> Proje Raporu http:\/\/www.tubitak.gov.tr\/tr\/yarismalar\/icerik-lise-ogrencileri-arastirmaprojeleri-yarismasi<\/a> adresinde bulunan \u015fablon kullan\u0131larak haz\u0131rlan\u0131r.
\n2.2.3<\/strong> Proje Raporu Word dosyas\u0131, Proje Ba\u015fvuru Formu, Bilimsel Etik ve Proje Katk\u0131 Beyan Formu PDF dosyas\u0131 olarak kaydedilmi\u015f bellek \u00e7ubu\u011fu veya CD ba\u015fvuru evraklar\u0131 ile birlikte g\u00f6nderilir.
\n2.2.4<\/strong> 2020 y\u0131l\u0131 Lise \u00d6\u011frencileri Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Proje Yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ba\u015fvurular\u0131 07 \u015eubat 2020<\/strong> tarihinde, saat 17.30\u2019da<\/strong> sona erer.
\n2.2.5<\/strong> Proje \u00f6zeti en az 150, en fazla 250 kelime, proje raporu en az 2, en fazla 20 sayfa olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

3. Yar\u0131\u015fma Kategorileri<\/strong><\/h2>\n

3.1<\/strong> Yar\u0131\u015fma; Konut, Sanayi, Ula\u015f\u0131m, Tar\u0131m<\/strong> olmak \u00fczere 4 alanda<\/strong> d\u00fczenlenir.<\/p>\n

4. De\u011ferlendirme Y\u00f6ntemi ve Kriterleri<\/strong><\/h2>\n

4.1<\/strong> Projeler \u00f6nce, ilgili j\u00fcrilerce, \u201cProje Raporu\u201d<\/strong> \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirilecektir. Bu de\u011ferlendirme sonucunda s\u00f6zl\u00fc sunum i\u00e7in uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclen projeler Ankara\u2019ya<\/strong> davet edilir.<\/p>\n

4.2<\/strong> S\u00f6zl\u00fc sunuma \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131lan projeler<\/strong> j\u00fcriler taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6zl\u00fc sunuma al\u0131n\u0131r. S\u00f6zl\u00fc sunum s\u0131ras\u0131nda gerekli olan bilgisayar ve projeksiyon cihaz\u0131 Enerji Verimlili\u011fi ve \u00c7evre Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan temin edilir. Bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen teknik donan\u0131m yar\u0131\u015fmac\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan temin edilir.<\/p>\n

4.3<\/strong> Tak\u0131m halinde yar\u0131\u015fmaya kat\u0131lan \u00f6\u011frencilerin s\u00f6zl\u00fc sunuma davet edilmeleri<\/strong> durumunda, her iki \u00f6\u011frencinin de sunumda bulunmas\u0131 zorunludur, aksi halde her iki \u00f6\u011frenci de<\/strong> yar\u0131\u015fmadan elenir.<\/p>\n

4.4<\/strong> Projelerin, \u00f6\u011frencilerin tamamen kendi bilgi, beceri ve \u00f6zg\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinden<\/strong> kaynaklanm\u0131\u015f, geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve dan\u0131\u015fman deste\u011fi ile tamamlanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 beklenir.
\nKendisine\/lerine ait olmayan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n (devam etmekte ya da sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f) proje olarak sunuldu\u011fu, projede sahipleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki ki\u015filerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, ifade veya bulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> kaynak g\u00f6stermeksizin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen projeler<\/strong> hangi a\u015famada olursa olsun yar\u0131\u015fmadan elenir. Ayr\u0131ca bu durumda olan proje sahibi \u00f6\u011frenciler ve dan\u0131\u015fmanlar MEB\u2019e<\/strong> bildirilir. Yar\u0131\u015fma sonras\u0131nda da s\u00f6z konusu kurallara uyulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tespiti durumunda yukar\u0131da s\u00f6z edilen yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar<\/strong> uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n

5. \u00d6d\u00fcller<\/strong><\/h2>\n

5.1<\/strong> De\u011ferlendirmeler sonucunda ilk 3 dereceyi elde eden<\/strong> \u00f6\u011frenciler ve dan\u0131\u015fman \u00f6\u011fretmenlerine a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen miktarda para \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc<\/strong> verilir.<\/p>\n

5.2<\/strong> Kazanan \u00f6\u011frencilere \u00f6d\u00fclleri 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda Enerji Verimlili\u011fi ve \u00c7evre Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen tarihte verilecektir. Yap\u0131lacak s\u00f6zl\u00fc sunumun yeri<\/strong> ve tarihi daha sonra a\u00e7\u0131klanacakt\u0131r. Ankara d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelecek \u00f6\u011frencilerin ve okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce g\u00f6revlendirilecek bir \u00f6\u011fretmenin konaklama<\/strong> ve geli\u015f-d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f otob\u00fcs<\/strong> ya da tren (yatakl\u0131 hari\u00e7)<\/strong> yol \u00fccretleri Enerji Verimlili\u011fi ve \u00c7evre Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6denir.<\/p>\n

6.1<\/strong> Proje Ba\u015fvurular\u0131 yar\u0131\u015fman\u0131n son ba\u015fvuru tarihi<\/strong> olan 07 \u015eubat 2020<\/strong> tarihi, saat 17.30\u2019a<\/strong> kadar Enerji Verimlili\u011fi ve \u00c7evre Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> adresine iletilmi\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

7. Di\u011fer H\u00fck\u00fcmler<\/strong><\/h2>\n

7.1<\/strong> S\u00f6zl\u00fc sunum i\u00e7in Ankara d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelecek<\/strong> \u00f6\u011frencilerin ve okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce<\/strong> g\u00f6revlendirilecek bir \u00f6\u011fretmenin konaklama<\/strong> ve geli\u015f-d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f otob\u00fcs ya da tren (yatakl\u0131 hari\u00e7) yol \u00fccretleri Enerji Verimlili\u011fi ve \u00c7evre Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6denir.
\n7.2<\/strong> S\u00f6zl\u00fc sunumun yeri<\/strong> ve tarihleri ilgililere e-posta yoluyla<\/strong> bildirilir. S\u00f6zl\u00fc sunuma<\/strong> davet edilen \u00f6\u011frencilerin t\u00fcm sorumlulu\u011fu g\u00f6revlendirilen<\/strong> \u00f6\u011fretmene aittir.
\n7.3<\/strong> Yar\u0131\u015fma ile ilgili gerekli belgeler<\/strong>, \u00f6\u011frenci, varsa dan\u0131\u015fman ve okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine e-posta olarak g\u00f6nderilir. Yar\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresince \u00f6\u011frenci ve dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131n ba\u015fvuru<\/strong> formunda belirttikleri e-posta adreslerini<\/strong> takip etmeleri gerekir.
\n7.4<\/strong> Ticari bir de\u011feri oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen projeler i\u00e7in sergilenmeden<\/strong> \u00f6nce\u00a0www.turkpatent.gov.tr<\/a> adresinden patent ba\u015fvurusunda bulunulmas\u0131<\/strong> \u00f6nerilir.
\n7.5<\/strong> Gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi durumunda bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 duyurusunda<\/strong> son ba\u015fvuru tarihine kadar de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n
