Avrupa Birli\u011fi, son y\u0131llar\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck ticaret sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 alevlendirecek bir ad\u0131m atarak \u00c7in\u2019de \u00fcretilen g\u00fcne\u015f paneli te\u00e7hizatlar\u0131na g\u00fcmr\u00fck vergisi getiriyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu vergiler ile \u00c7in\u2019den ithal g\u00fcne\u015f panelleri nedeniyle sendeleyen bu sekt\u00f6rdeki Avrupal\u0131 \u015firketlerin korunmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. D\u00fczinelerce Avrupal\u0131 \u00fcretici g\u00fcne\u015f panelleri fiyatlar\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f nedeni ile \u00fcretimi durdurdu ya da bu sekt\u00f6rden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Sekt\u00f6r uzmanlar\u0131 bu duruma \u00c7in\u2019den ithal edilen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n neden oldu\u011funu ifade ediyor.<\/p>\n

Konuya yak\u0131n kaynaklar \u00c7inli \u00fcreticilere uygulanacak verginin her ne kadar \u015firketten \u015firkete de\u011fi\u015fse de \"\"<\/a>ortalama g\u00fcmr\u00fck vergisinin y\u00fczde 46 civar\u0131nda olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor. Vergiler panelleri ve bu panellerin g\u00fcne\u015f pili, silikon plakalar\u0131 gibi aksamlar\u0131n\u0131 da kapsayacak.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcne\u015f paneli te\u00e7hizat ihracat\u0131 \u00c7in\u2019in d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bu alandaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck piyasas\u0131 Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019ne yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihracat i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6nemli bir yer tutuyor.<\/p>\n

2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00c7in ile AB aras\u0131nda bu sekt\u00f6rdeki ticaretin de\u011feri 21 milyar euro (49 milyar lira) civar\u0131nda yani \u00c7in\u2019in Avrupa\u2019ya yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplam ihracat\u0131n y\u00fczde 7\u2032sini olu\u015fturuyordu.<\/p>\n

Alt\u0131 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine kadar \u00c7in, Avrupa\u2019ya neredeyse hi\u00e7 g\u00fcne\u015f paneli te\u00e7hizat\u0131 ihra\u00e7 etmiyordu. Fakat 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00c7in\u2019in Avrupa piyasas\u0131ndaki pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 80\u2032i buldu. Avrupal\u0131 \u00fcreticiler Suntech Power Holding gibi \u00c7inli \u00fcreticilerin y\u00fckseli\u015fini adil olmayan fiyat politikas\u0131 ve tamamen \u00c7in h\u00fck\u00fcmetince sa\u011flanan haks\u0131z s\u00fcbvansiyonlar ile sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ediyorlar.<\/p>\n

Avrupal\u0131 \u00fcreticilerce \u00c7in h\u00fck\u00fcmeti taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddia edilen s\u00fcbvansiyonlara D\u00fcnya Ticaret Organizasyonu\u2019nun kurallar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 \u015fekilde ucuz krediler ve piyasa de\u011ferinin alt\u0131nda arazi sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n da dahil oldu\u011fu belirtiliyor. \u00c7in h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddia edilen bu s\u00fcbvansiyonlar \u00e7elik, ka\u011f\u0131t ve yenilenebilir enerji sekt\u00f6rlerinde de Avrupal\u0131 \u015firketler ile tansiyonun y\u00fckselmesine neden oluyor.<\/p>\n
