G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn teknolojilerini kullanarak ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z <strong>bu ikileme \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmenin<\/strong> m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Biz de\u00a0<strong>EYODER\u00a0<\/strong>olarak bu ekol\u00fcn temsilcileriyiz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc\u00a0<strong>ye\u015fil enerji \u00fcretmenin<\/strong>\u00a0<em>en kolay, en ucuz, en h\u0131zl\u0131 ve en karl\u0131 yolunun<\/em> <strong>enerjiyi daha ak\u0131ll\u0131ca kullanmak<\/strong> ve <strong>y\u00f6netmekten<\/strong> ge\u00e7ti\u011fini biliyoruz.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"has-background has-very-light-gray-background-color\"><strong>Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131\u2019n\u0131n<\/strong> verilerine g\u00f6re hala <strong>end\u00fcstrideki enerji verimlili\u011fi potansiyelinin<\/strong> <strong>% 58\u2019ine<\/strong>, <strong>altyap\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki verimlilik<\/strong> potansiyelinin <strong>% 79\u2019una<\/strong> ve binalardaki potansiyelin <strong>%82\u2019sine<\/strong> hi\u00e7 dokunulmam\u0131\u015f. E\u011fer <strong>enerji verimlili\u011findeki<\/strong> bu potansiyeli hayata ge\u00e7irebilirsek <strong>iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi<\/strong> ile daha rahat <strong>m\u00fccadele<\/strong> edebilir, <strong>s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir d\u00fcnya<\/strong> i\u00e7in daha \u00fcmitvar olabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-background has-very-light-gray-background-color\">\u0130\u015fte\u00a0<strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi ve Y\u00f6netimi Derne\u011fi<\/strong>\u00a0olarak bu \u00fcmidi \u00fclkemiz \u00f6zelinde canl\u0131 tutmak i\u00e7in May\u0131s 2010 da yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k. Amac\u0131m\u0131z \u00fclkemizdeki <strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn<\/strong> geli\u015fimine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamak \u00fczere <strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k (EVD)<\/strong> \u015firketlerini ve <strong>enerji verimli\u011fi ve y\u00f6netimi<\/strong> alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan profesyonelleri bir <strong>Sivil Toplum \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc<\/strong> \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir araya getirmekti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-background has-very-light-gray-background-color\"><strong>EYODER,\u00a0<\/strong>kuruldu\u011fu g\u00fcnden g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze\u00a0<strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong>\u00a0sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak geli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. <strong>Binalar ve end\u00fcstriyel tesislerde<\/strong> kanunda belirtilen g\u00f6revleri yerine getirmek \u00fczere e\u011fitim-sertifika alm\u0131\u015f ve yetkilendirilmi\u015f;\u00a0<strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k \u015eirketleri, enerji y\u00f6neticileri\u00a0<\/strong>ile di\u011fer ilgili <strong>sekt\u00f6rel dernek-kurum kurulu\u015f-banka ve \u00fcretici<\/strong>&#8211;<strong>uygulay\u0131c\u0131 \u015firketleri bir\u00e7ok kez bir\u00e7ok<\/strong> platformda bir araya getirdi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-background has-very-light-gray-background-color\">Derne\u011fimiz, <strong>sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn ger\u00e7ek g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya koyabilmek<\/strong> ve <strong>g\u00fc\u00e7 birli\u011fini sa\u011flamak<\/strong> amac\u0131yla, <strong>hep enerjinin \u201cy\u00f6netilmesinin\u201d zorunlu oldu\u011funu<\/strong> savundu. Bu anlamda <strong>kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde<\/strong> y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen <strong>bir\u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya aktif kat\u0131l\u0131mla<\/strong> destek verdi.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-9d612155-e0ba-4a7a-8d1f-11f2de35f555\">\n<h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">&#8220;EVD\u2019lerin 3\u2019\u00fc e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda, 15\u2019i sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde, 39\u2019u bina sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde, 8\u2019i ise hem sanayi hem bina sekt\u00f6rlerinde yetki sahibi.&#8221;<\/h2>\n<div class=\"uagb-separator-wrap\">\n<div class=\"uagb-separator\"><strong>Ocak 2020<\/strong> itibar\u0131 ile\u00a0<strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi ve \u00c7evre Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (EV\u00c7ED)\u00a0<\/strong>taraf\u0131ndan yetkilendirilmi\u015f 45\u00a0<strong>EVD\u00a0<\/strong>firmas\u0131 mevcut. Bunlar\u0131n <strong>3\u2019\u00fc e\u011fitim<\/strong> alan\u0131nda, <strong>15\u2019i sanayi<\/strong> sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde, <strong>39\u2019u bina<\/strong> sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde, <strong>8\u2019i ise<\/strong> <strong>hem sanayi hem bina sekt\u00f6rlerinde<\/strong> yetki sahibi. Bu firmalar\u0131n <strong>21\u2019i derne\u011fimiz<\/strong> \u00fcyesi ki, <strong>3\u2019\u00fc<\/strong> e\u011fitim, <strong>11\u2019i<\/strong> sanayi, <strong>17\u2019si<\/strong> bina ve <strong>5\u2019i<\/strong> hem sanayi hem bina sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde yetkili.\u00a0<strong>EVD\u00a0<\/strong>firmalar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda,\u00a0<strong>Enerji Verimli\u011fi<\/strong>\u00a0alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan tedarik\u00e7i firmalardan, <strong>kurum ve kurulu\u015flarda<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi uzmanlar\u0131<\/strong>ndan, <em>\u00fcniversite temsilcilerinden, finans, hukuk, sigorta d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndan \u00fcyelerimiz<\/em> de var. Bu \u00e7e\u015fitlilik yeni d\u00f6nem y\u00f6netim kurulumuza da birebir yans\u0131d\u0131. \u0130ddiam\u0131z, bu \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin yarataca\u011f\u0131 sinerjiyi iyi de\u011ferlendirerek <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ve \u00fclkemiz<\/strong> i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sunmak.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"has-background has-very-light-gray-background-color\"><strong>EVD<\/strong>\u00a0\u00fcyelerimiz, temel olarak, <strong>binalarda ve sanayide enerji et\u00fctleri<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek <strong>verimlilik potansiyellerini<\/strong> ortaya \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131yorlar. \u0130\u015fletmeler i\u00e7in <strong>verimlilik artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 proje dosyalar\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131yorlar<\/strong> ve <strong>i\u015fletmelerin devletten hibe destek almas\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> sa\u011fl\u0131yorlar.<strong>\u00a0Enerji verimlili\u011fi ve ISO 50001 Enerji Y\u00f6netim Sistemi<\/strong>\u00a0ile <strong>i\u015fletmelere dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k hizmetleri<\/strong> sunuyorlar. Mevcut binalar i\u00e7in\u00a0<strong>Enerji Kimlik Belgesi<\/strong>\u00a0d\u00fczenliyorlar. <strong>Test, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm ve devreye alma<\/strong> hizmetleri veriyorlar.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-38aba432-9227-4e22-93fa-bccf44748fd8\">\n<h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong>\u201cEnerji Performans S\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri\u201d (EPS)\u00a0<\/strong>ile enerji verimlili\u011fi projelerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyi ve tasarruf performans\u0131n\u0131 garanti ediyor.\u201d<\/h2>\n<div class=\"uagb-separator-wrap\">\n<div class=\"uagb-separator\">Bununla birlikte bir\u00e7ok\u00a0<strong>EVD\u00a0<\/strong>\u00fcyemiz <strong>yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki<\/strong> ifadesiyle\u00a0<strong>ESCO firmas\u0131<\/strong>\u00a0olmaya do\u011fru ciddi bir transformasyon s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f durumda.\u00a0<strong>ESCO<\/strong>\u00a0i\u015f modelinde\u00a0<strong>\u201cEnerji Performans S\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri\u201d (EPS)\u00a0<\/strong>ile enerji verimlili\u011fi projelerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme ve tasarruf performans\u0131n\u0131 garanti etme, b\u00f6ylelikle proje geli\u015ftirmek isteyen yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n <strong>risklerini minimize etme<\/strong> anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 var. \u00d6zellikle <strong>Avrupa ve ABD\u2019de<\/strong> uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r uygulanan bu model sayesinde <strong>dokunulmam\u0131\u015f enerji verimlili\u011fi potansiyelini<\/strong> hayata ge\u00e7irmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bu i\u015f modelinde ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta kapsam\u0131 dar ve s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 belli olan projelerde ilerlemek daha kolay. <strong>\u00d6l\u00e7me ve do\u011frulama mevzuat\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> geli\u015ftirilmesi de olas\u0131 <strong>anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong> i\u00e7in \u015fart.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"has-background has-very-light-gray-background-color\"><strong>EYODER<\/strong>\u00a0olarak bir yandan<strong>\u00a0enerji verimlili\u011fine<\/strong>\u00a0dikkatleri \u00e7ekmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken di\u011fer yandan ise enerji verimlili\u011fi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda <strong>katma de\u011fer yaratmak<\/strong> i\u00e7in di\u011fer <strong>sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctleri<\/strong> ve <strong>\u00fcniversitelerle i\u015f birli\u011fi<\/strong> i\u00e7erisinde bir yandan <strong>uluslararas\u0131 projeler<\/strong> y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor, di\u011fer yandan yeni projelere ba\u015fvuruyor, \u00f6neriyoruz. \u00d6rne\u011fin yak\u0131n zamanda tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve <strong>\u00d6zye\u011fin \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong> ve<strong>\u00a0ENVER (Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Derne\u011fi)<\/strong>\u00a0ile birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz <strong>Avrupa Birli\u011fi (T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Alan\u0131nda Kapasitenin Geli\u015ftirilmesi Hibe Program\u0131) projesinde<\/strong> \u0130stanbul\u2019da <strong>\u00fc\u00e7 teknik lisede<\/strong> \u00fcyelerimizin deste\u011fi ile <strong>enerji et\u00fcd\u00fc yaparak<\/strong> verimlilik potansiyellerini ortaya \u00e7\u0131kartt\u0131k. \u00d6rnek binalarda elde edilen sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re de benzer <strong>di\u011fer kamu binalar\u0131 i\u00e7in<\/strong> verimlilik k\u0131lavuzu olu\u015fturduk. E\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak <strong>ilgilileri ve y\u00f6neticileri<\/strong> projenin \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 ve <strong>verimli bina y\u00f6netimi<\/strong> i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenler konusunda bilgilendirdik. \u015eimdi bu projenin <strong>2&#8217;inci faz\u0131<\/strong> g\u00fcney do\u011fuda devam ediyor. Amac\u0131m\u0131z bu projeyi <strong>yurt i\u00e7i ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda<\/strong> daha geni\u015f bir co\u011frafyaya yaymak. Sonuna yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z <em>Avrupa Birli\u011fi projemiz<\/em> <strong>500 ba\u015fvuru<\/strong> aras\u0131ndan kabul g\u00f6ren <strong>38 proje aras\u0131nda<\/strong> yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0<strong>\u201cEnerji Verimlili\u011fi Payda\u015flar\u0131 Aras\u0131nda \u0130leti\u015fim ve Veri Payla\u015f\u0131m A\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Geli\u015ftirilmesi\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>konulu proje ile\u00a0<strong>EYODER\u2019in<\/strong>\u00a0<em>politika belirleme ve karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde<\/em> daha <strong>aktif ve demokratik kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kapasitesinin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ile <strong>idari, savunuculuk ve ileti\u015fim becerilerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi<\/strong> ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca\u00a0<strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi\u00a0<\/strong>konusunda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen projelerde belirlenen potansiyelin izlenece\u011fi (bir benzeri AB\u2019de bulunan) <strong>\u201cVeri Taban\u0131\u201d<\/strong> ve <strong>payda\u015flar aras\u0131nda<\/strong> ileti\u015fimin sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131 bir <strong>\u201cPayda\u015f Platformu\u201d<\/strong> olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir.<strong>\u00a0T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki Avrupa Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi (European Energy Manager-EUREM)\u00a0<\/strong>hakk\u0131na sahip olan <strong>Alman-T\u00fcrk Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131 (AHK)<\/strong> ile birlikte <strong>Aral\u0131k 2019<\/strong> itibar\u0131 ile e\u011fitimlere ba\u015flad\u0131k. EPS uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n olmazsa olmazlar\u0131ndan \u00f6l\u00e7me do\u011frulama e\u011fitimlerine <strong>2020\u2019nin ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda<\/strong> ba\u015flamay\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz.
