Bu kapsamda, 6 Temmuz 2018<\/strong> tarihli ve 30470 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete\u2019de\u00a0<\/strong>yay\u0131mlanan Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Denetim Y\u00f6netmeli\u011finin<\/strong> 3 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesi\u00a0 “MADDE 3 \u2013 (1) Bu Y\u00f6netmelik, 10 \"\"Temmuz 2018 tarihli ve 30474 say\u0131l\u0131<\/strong> Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan 1 say\u0131l\u0131 Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Te\u015fkilat\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kararnamesinin 174 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesi ile 18 Nisan 2007 tarihli ve 5627 say\u0131l\u0131<\/strong> Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Kanunu<\/strong>nun 10 uncu\u00a0<\/strong>maddesine dayan\u0131larak haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.” \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n

Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 4 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin<\/strong> birinci f\u0131kras\u0131na “\u0131) Ba\u015fkanl\u0131k: Enerji Verimlili\u011fi ve \u00c7evre Dairesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131”\u00a0 bent eklendi, ayn\u0131 f\u0131kran\u0131n (d) ve (\u011f) bentleri y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
