R\u00fczgar\u0131n esti\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fc takip eden trib\u00fcnlerin y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama y\u00fczde 30-35 kapasiteyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabildi\u011fini belirten Tarak\u00e7\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk r\u00fczgar trib\u00fcnlerinin 600 kilovatl\u0131k kurulu g\u00fcce sahipken son d\u00f6nemde kurulanlar\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak 2,5-3 megavat d\u00fczeyinde bir g\u00fcce sahip oldu\u011funa dikkati \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>Tarak\u00e7\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kendi trib\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcretememesi nedeniyle istenen geli\u015fim h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 yakalayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek trib\u00fcn \u00fcreticisi firmalar\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fte 2-3 y\u0131l\u0131 bulan teslim s\u00fcrelerinin son d\u00f6nemde 6-8 aya kadar d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, trib\u00fcnlerin maliyetinin ise megavat ba\u015f\u0131na 1 milyon avro seviyesinde oldu\u011funu kaydetti.<\/p>\n<h2>\u201c2023 hedeflerine bu h\u0131zla yeti\u015femeyiz\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>Ortalama hesaplamaya g\u00f6re 2,5 megavatl\u0131k bir trib\u00fcn, maksimumda g\u00fcnl\u00fck 60 megavat saat, y\u0131lda ise 21 bin 900 megavat saatlik kurulu g\u00fcce sahip olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen y\u00fczde 30 kapasite kullan\u0131m\u0131yla y\u0131ll\u0131k 6 bin 570 megavat elektrik \u00fcretebiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kilovatsaat ba\u015f\u0131na 5,5 eruo\/centlik al\u0131m fiyat\u0131 \u00fczerinden hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 2,5 milyon avroya mal olan bu trib\u00fcn, y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama 371 bin 250 avro ciro yarat\u0131yor. Trib\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 y\u0131lda kendisini amorti edebiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 180 civar\u0131nda \u015firketin yat\u0131r\u0131m yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 santrallerde, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar en s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan sorun olarak izin s\u00fcrecinin uzunlu\u011funa dikkati \u00e7ekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye R\u00fczgar Enerjisi Birli\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Serdar Ataseven, yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n ilerlemesi i\u00e7in son y\u0131llarda b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen uygulama alan\u0131nda halen engellerin bulundu\u011funu, trib\u00fcn kurmak i\u00e7in 18 farkl\u0131 kurumdan in\u015faat izni al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini, bunun da yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5-2 y\u0131l s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc savundu.<\/p>\n<p>Tek bir kurumdan maksimum 3 ay i\u00e7inde in\u015faat izinlerinin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirten Ataseven, devletin sundu\u011fu elektrik al\u0131m fiyat\u0131 te\u015fvikinden yararlanabilmek i\u00e7in konulan yerli katk\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 100\u2032den y\u00fczde 55\u2032e indirildi\u011fini belirtti. Ataseven, santrallerin 4-5 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde devreye al\u0131nabildi\u011fini bildiren Ataseven, te\u015fvikin hedefine ula\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 tutulan s\u00fcrenin 2023\u2032e uzat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 talep ettiklerini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 54 bin megavatl\u0131k kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn y\u00fczde 3-4\u2032\u00fcn\u00fcn r\u00fczgar enerjisi oldu\u011funu anlatan Ataseven, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00dclkenin geli\u015fimine paralel olarak 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda 100 bin megavat kurulu g\u00fcce ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Bunun y\u00fczde 20\u2032sinin de r\u00fczgardan elde edilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in r\u00fczgardan sa\u011flanacak enerji hedefimiz 20 bin megavat. Buna ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z takdirde elektri\u011fin y\u00fczde 18-20\u2032sini r\u00fczgardan elde etmi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Son \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131lda, her y\u0131l 500 megavat civar\u0131nda r\u00fczgar santrali i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nd\u0131.
