Y\u0131lmaz \u201cMasdaf kurulu\u015fundan bu yana s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmay\u0131 hedefledi. Bu kapsamda t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine m\u00fc\u015fterilerinin talep ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda y\u00f6n verdi. \u201cS\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmak\u201d felsefesiyle gelece\u011fe yat\u0131r\u0131m yapt\u0131 ve <strong>T\u00fcrkiye pompa sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde<\/strong> bir\u00e7ok ilke imza att\u0131. Bu kapsamda; 1991 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk kez <strong>\u201cEnd\u00fcstriyel Tip Hidrofor \u00dcretimi\u201d<\/strong>, 1996 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u0130lk <strong>\u201cKapal\u0131 Genle\u015fme Tank\u0131\u201d<\/strong> \u00fcretimini ba\u015flatt\u0131. 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda NEPA standartlar\u0131na uygun yang\u0131n pompas\u0131, 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <strong>\u0130lk kez \u201cKendinden Emi\u015fli At\u0131k Su Pompas\u0131\u201d \u00fcretimi<\/strong> yapan firma oldu. 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda yang\u0131n pompalar\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk kez UL Listed \/ FM Approved sertifikalar\u0131yla belgelendirdi. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de santrif\u00fcj pompalarda ger\u00e7ek NANDO akreditasyonlu ATEX sertifikas\u0131n\u0131n ilk sahibi de yine Masdaf oldu\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>lmaz <\/strong>ayr\u0131ca end\u00fcstriyel tesislerdeki pompa uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 sekt\u00f6rel olarak de\u011ferlendirdi ve standartlar hakk\u0131nda bilgiler verdi.<strong> Y<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>lmaz, <\/strong>\u201cPompa se\u00e7imi yap\u0131l\u0131rken pompan\u0131n<strong> end\u00fcstriyel kullan\u0131ma ve \u015fartnameye uygun olmas\u0131na<\/strong> dikkat edilmelidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin Petrol end\u00fcstrisinde kullan\u0131lan <strong>santrif\u00fcj pompalar<\/strong>, <em>API 610 ve Atex normlar\u0131na<\/em> uygun olarak se\u00e7ilmelidir. Demir- \u00c7elik tesislerinde ise genel olarak <strong>Atex\u2019li pompaya<\/strong> ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmaz. A\u011fa\u00e7 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde de yang\u0131n gruplar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem te\u015fkil eder. Sistemin, <strong>UL-FM veya NFPA yang\u0131n standartlar\u0131na<\/strong> uyan pompalardan se\u00e7ilmesi gerekir. G\u0131da sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde yap\u0131lacak se\u00e7imlerde ise bitkisel ya\u011f\u0131n, vinterize i\u015flemine tabi tutulup tutulmayaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc vinterize i\u015fleminde kullan\u0131lan ve parlay\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6zelli\u011fi olan Hekzan nedeniyle <strong>pompa teknolojilerinin Atex standartlar\u0131nda<\/strong> olmas\u0131 gerekir. Kimyasal madde pompalama hizmetlerinde ise genel olarak <strong>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck debi-d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bas\u0131n\u00e7 uygulanmas\u0131<\/strong> nedeniyle <strong>DN 100-150 alt\u0131ndaki<\/strong> u\u00e7tan emi\u015fli seriler tercih edilmelidir. Burada <strong>s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k sa\u011flamak ve kimyasal korozyon<\/strong> ile ba\u015f etmek \u00f6nemlidir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>lmaz<\/strong>\u2019\u0131n konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan sunumunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren <strong>Masdaf<\/strong> <strong>Sat<\/strong><strong>\u0131\u015f<\/strong><strong> Sonras<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong> Hizmetler M<\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong><strong>d<\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong><strong>r<\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong><strong> H<\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong><strong>seyin Takmaz <\/strong>ise end\u00fcstriyel tesislerde kullan\u0131lan yang\u0131n pompalar\u0131, proses pompalar\u0131 ve hidroforlarda ar\u0131za, bak\u0131m ve do\u011fru i\u015fletilmenin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7eken bir sunum ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. <strong>Takmaz,<\/strong> \u201cPeriyodik bak\u0131mla i\u015fletmelerdeki <strong>verimsiz pompa sistemlerinden<\/strong> kaynaklanan enerji t\u00fcketiminde \u00f6nemli oranda <strong>tasarruf sa\u011flanmak ve CO2 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak<\/strong> m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Seminerin ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda s\u00f6z\u00fc alan <strong>Masdaf End\u00fcstri Sat<\/strong><strong>\u0131\u015f<\/strong><strong> Y<\/strong><strong>\u00f6<\/strong><strong>neticisi Sibel Akan<\/strong> \u201cPompalarda Enerji Verimlili\u011fi ve \u00d6m\u00fcr Boyu Maliyet Analizi\u201dni anlatt\u0131.<strong> Akan, \u201cEcodesign Uygulamalar<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong> ilk olarak Elektrik Motorlar<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>nda ve Pompalarda ba<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong>lad<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong><strong>\u00c7\u00fc<\/strong><strong>nk<\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong> <strong>\u00fc<\/strong>retilen toplam elektri\u011fin yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131, sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde, sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kullan\u0131lan <strong>elektri\u011fin %70\u2019i<\/strong> ise elektrik motorlar\u0131 ile harcan\u0131yor. D\u00fcnyadaki toplam elektrik <strong>enerjisi t\u00fcketiminin %20\u2019si<\/strong> end\u00fcstri taraf\u0131ndan, end\u00fcstriyel elektrik enerjisinin <strong>ortalama %30\u2019 u ise<\/strong> pompalar taraf\u0131ndan t\u00fcketiliyor. \u0130yi bir sistem tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve do\u011fru pompa se\u00e7imi ile end\u00fcstride t\u00fcketilen enerjinin <strong>%30\u2019undan tasarruf etmek<\/strong> m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.
