Raporda, <strong>enerji verimlili\u011finin enerji politikas\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> \u00f6nde gelen g\u00fcndem maddelerinden birisi olmaya devam edece\u011fine i\u015faret ediliyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Yenilenebilir kaynaklardan elektrik \u00fcretimi y\u00fckseli\u015fte<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>2010-2018 y\u0131llar\u0131<\/strong> aras\u0131nda kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn elektrik talebinden daha fazla b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dikkat \u00e7eken TSKB Ekonomik Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar Y\u00f6neticisi <strong>Can Hakyemez<\/strong>, mevcut fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n, ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bi\u00e7imde rezerv yede\u011fi gerektiren yenilenebilir kaynaklardan elektrik \u00fcretimindeki b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye atfedilebilece\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Hakyemez T\u00fcrkiye elektrik kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcyle ilgili \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201c1980\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda 5 gigavat (GW) civar\u0131nda olan T\u00fcrkiye toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda 88,5 GW\u2019a ve 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131 sonu itibar\u0131yla ise 90,7 GW\u2019a ula\u015ft\u0131. Bu art\u0131\u015fta, son y\u0131llarda yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan ve yerli kaynaklardan elektrik \u00fcreten santrallere verilen te\u015fviklerin etkisi y\u00fcksek. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131 itibar\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn %48,4\u2019\u00fc yenilenebilir ve %61\u2019i yerli kaynaklarla elektrik \u00fcreten santrallerden olu\u015fturuyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Raporda yer alan rakamlara g\u00f6re, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda 5,4 GW civar\u0131nda kurulu g\u00fcce sahip olan lisanss\u0131z santraller 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131 sonunda 5,9 GW\u2019a ula\u015ft\u0131. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 ilk dokuz ay i\u00e7erisinde 2,2 GW civar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu yerli kaynaklardan elektrik \u00fcreten santrallerden meydana geliyor. 1,1 GW\u2019l\u0131k kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 art\u0131\u015f\u0131 lisansl\u0131 yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallerinden sa\u011flanmakta iken toplam art\u0131\u015f\u0131n 0,53 GW\u2019l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santralleri (GES) olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Devreye al\u0131nan santrallerin geriye kalan\u0131n\u0131n ise 165,7 megavatl\u0131k (MW) k\u0131sm\u0131 hidroelektrik santralleri (HES), 388,1 MW\u2019\u0131 r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi santralleri (RES), 437,1 MW\u2019\u0131 da biyok\u00fctle, at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131 ve jeotermal enerji santralleri. Bu d\u00f6nemde do\u011fal gaz santrallerinin kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnde 549,7 MW\u2019l\u0131k bir azalma ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Enerji verimlili\u011finin \u00f6nemi artmaya devam ediyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u201cSekt\u00f6rel G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm: Enerji\u201d raporuna g\u00f6re, enerji verimlili\u011fi, \u00f6zellikle geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde enerji politikas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen g\u00fcndem maddelerinden olmaya devam ediyor. Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (IEA) verilerine g\u00f6re, 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda toplam 1,8 trilyon dolarl\u0131k enerji yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n %13\u2019\u00fc (yakla\u015f\u0131k 235 milyar dolar) enerji verimlili\u011fi i\u00e7in yap\u0131l\u0131rken, bu alandaki yat\u0131r\u0131mlar 2016\u2019ya g\u00f6re %3 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcresel enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 2018\u2019de \u00f6nceki y\u0131lla benzer \u015fekilde 1,85 trilyon dolar seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Enerji verimlili\u011fine 240 milyar dolar yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n belirtildi\u011fi raporda, \u201cEnerji verimlili\u011fi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 bir pay\u0131 bulunan in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda meydana gelen gerilemenin etkisiyle, bahsi ge\u00e7en d\u00f6nemde yat\u0131r\u0131mlarda g\u00f6receli bir durgunluk izlendi\u201d ifadeleri yer al\u0131yor.
