At\u0131ktan enerji alan\u0131nda <strong>yerli teknolojinin \u00f6nc\u00fc firmas\u0131<\/strong> olan Mimsan, \u201c\u015eehir \u00c7\u00f6plerinin Bertaraf\u0131 ve Elektrik Enerjisi \u00dcretimi\u201d projesiyle \u201cB\u00fcy\u00fck \u0130\u015fletme AR-GE\u201d kategorisinde 3&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc se\u00e7ildi. <strong>KOSGEB Genel Merkezi<\/strong>\u2019nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00f6d\u00fcl t\u00f6reninde M\u0130MSAN\u2019\u0131n \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc, <strong>Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Hasan B\u00dcY\u00dcKDEDE<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan <strong>M\u0130MSAN Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Enver \u0130LHAN<\/strong>\u2019a takdim edildi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisinin <strong>verimlilik temelli s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir yap\u0131ya<\/strong> kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen bir \u00f6d\u00fcl organizasyonundan 3&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fcl\u00fckle d\u00f6nmenin gururunu ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten <strong>Enver \u0130LHAN, <\/strong>\u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201c<strong>%100 yerli ve milli sermaye<\/strong> ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin anahtar teslimi enerji santrali kurabilen lider firmas\u0131y\u0131z. Geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz at\u0131k bertaraf teknolojileri ile <strong>s\u0131f\u0131r at\u0131k hamlesine<\/strong> katk\u0131 sa\u011flaman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra enerjide ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k hamlesinin de en b\u00fcy\u00fck destek\u00e7ileri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yoruz. G\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc <strong>AR-GE\u2019mizden ve geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz inovatif teknolojilerden<\/strong> al\u0131yoruz. Bu y\u0131l b\u00fct\u00e7emizin <strong>%10\u2019unu<\/strong> AR-GE \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ay\u0131rd\u0131k. Bu kapsamda hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz projelerin \u00f6d\u00fcle lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmesinin gururunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. <strong>Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen<strong> \u201c2019 Verimlilik Proje \u00d6d\u00fclleri\u201d<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda <strong>\u201c\u015eehir \u00c7\u00f6plerinin Bertaraf\u0131 ve Elektrik Enerjisi \u00dcretimi\u201d projemiz<\/strong>, AR-GE kategorisinde \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcl\u00fck \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fcne lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Projemizle, \u015fehir \u00e7\u00f6plerinden <strong>ATY ( At\u0131ktan \u00dcretilmi\u015f Yak\u0131t )<\/strong> \u00fcretip, at\u0131ktan \u00fcretilen yak\u0131t\u0131, yakarak bertaraf etmeyi ve yak\u0131t\u0131n bertaraf\u0131 esnas\u0131nda buhar t\u00fcrbini vas\u0131tas\u0131yla <strong>elektrik \u00fcretmeyi<\/strong> ama\u00e7lad\u0131k. Projeyi, <strong>Malatya B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi<\/strong>&#8216;nin <strong>\u015fehir \u00e7\u00f6p\u00fc at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> verilerini baz alarak dizayn ettik. Bu kapsamda Malatya B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi at\u0131k sahas\u0131na <strong>4 MW\u2019e<\/strong> \u00fcretim kapasitesinde <strong>gazla\u015ft\u0131rma &amp; yakma tesisi<\/strong> kurduk.\u201ddedi.<\/p>\n<p>Konu\u015fmas\u0131nda projenin \u00f6nemli kazan\u00e7lar\u0131na da de\u011finen <strong>\u0130LHAN<\/strong>, \u201c <strong>Malatya Belediyesi<\/strong>\u2019nin at\u0131k sahas\u0131na gelen g\u00fcnl\u00fck 500 ton \u00e7\u00f6p\u00fcn %35\u2019i ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak bertaraf ediliyor. 12 km uzakl\u0131ktaki d\u00fczenli depolama sahas\u0131na g\u00fcnl\u00fck yap\u0131lan kamyon sefer say\u0131lar\u0131ndaki azalma, yak\u0131t ve ara\u00e7 tasarrufu da sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bununla birlikte \u00e7\u00f6p kamyonlar\u0131ndan kaynaklanan <strong>\u00e7evre ve trafik\u00a0 kirlili\u011finin<\/strong> de \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7iliyor. Projemiz \u00e7evresel fakt\u00f6rler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli. \u00d6nceden \u00e7\u00f6p depo sahas\u0131na gidip \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmeye b\u0131rak\u0131lan \u00e7\u00f6plerin i\u00e7indeki \u00e7evreye zarar veren ve y\u0131llarca \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmeyen i<strong>norganik maddeler (plastik, po\u015fet vb.) ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma<\/strong> ve <strong>ATY \u00fcretme tesisi<\/strong> sayesinde, <strong>ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak gazla\u015ft\u0131rma &amp; yakma tesisine<\/strong> g\u00f6nderilip bertaraf ediliyor. Kalorifik de\u011feri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olan organik i\u00e7erik, depolama sahas\u0131na g\u00f6nderiliyor ve <strong>\u00e7\u00f6p gaz (landfill) tesisi<\/strong>nde \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclerek <strong>elektrik \u00fcretimi<\/strong> sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Projemizin en \u00f6nemli \u00e7evresel ve ekonomik faydas\u0131 ise <strong>\u015fehir \u00e7\u00f6p\u00fc bertaraf\u0131ndan<\/strong>, en verimli \u015fekilde maksimum enerjinin elde ediliyor olmas\u0131. Projeyle <strong>at\u0131k enerjiyi elektri\u011fe \u00e7eviren<\/strong> tesisin mevcut kapasitesi <strong>5,8 MW\u2019<\/strong>den\u00a0 <strong>9,8 MW<\/strong> elektrik \u00fcretim kapasitesine ula\u015ft\u0131.
