Kuzey Irak B\u00f6lgesel Y\u00f6netimi, Genel Enerji\u2019nin de ortak oldu\u011fu sahalarda \u00fcretilen petrol\u00fc, tankerlerle T\u00fcrkiye \u00fczerinden ihra\u00e7 ediyor. Kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise para yerine T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den de\u011fi\u015fik \u00fcr\u00fcnler al\u0131yor.<\/h2>\n

T\u00fcrkiye ile Kuzey Irak aras\u0131nda barter sistemiyle (mal takas\u0131) yeni bir petrol hatt\u0131 kuruldu. Kuzey Irak B\u00f6lgesel Y\u00f6netimi, Genel Enerji\u2019nin de ortak oldu\u011fu sahalar \u00fcretilen petrol\u00fc, tankerlerle T\u00fcrkiye \u00fczerinden ihra\u00e7 etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Kuzey Irak B\u00f6lgesel Y\u00f6netimi\u2019nin yeni sistemle bug\u00fcne kadar T\u00fcrkiye \u00fczerinden 25 bin ton civar\u0131nda petrol ihra\u00e7 etti\u011fi biliniyor. Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re ihracatta para\"\"<\/a> trafi\u011fi yok.<\/p>\n

\u0130hra\u00e7 edilen petrol\u00fcn maddi kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na denk gelecek \u015fekilde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den b\u00f6lgeye de\u011fi\u015fik \u00fcr\u00fcnler g\u00f6nderiliyor. Genel Enerji\u2019nin de ihracatta herhangi bir pay\u0131 bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n

Bu arada KARTET, Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurumu\u2019na (EPDK) Kuzey Irak\u2019a toplam 200 megavat g\u00fcc\u00fcnde elektrik satmak i\u00e7in lisans ba\u015fvurusu yapt\u0131. EPDK kaynaklar\u0131, KARTET\u2019in Irak s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131nda 150 megavat g\u00fcc\u00fcnde santrali bulundu\u011funu belirterek, \u201c50 megavat da elektrik sisteminden almak ve Kuzey Irak\u2019a toplam 200 megavat g\u00fcc\u00fcnde elektrik ihra\u00e7 etmek istiyor.\u201d bilgisini verdi. EPDK, Irak\u2019a yap\u0131lacak ihracat i\u00e7in, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Irak aras\u0131nda mevcut 154 kV\u2019luk PS3-Zakho enerji iletim hatt\u0131ndan izole b\u00f6lge besleme y\u00f6ntemi ile Irak\u2019a 200 MW elektrik enerjisi ihracat\u0131nda bulunabilmek amac\u0131yla kurumumuza ba\u015fvuruda bulunulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

Ayn\u0131 hatt\u0131 kullanmak suretiyle Irak\u2019a s\u00f6z konusu hat kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere elektrik enerjisi ihracat\u0131 faaliyetinde bulunmak isteyen toptan sat\u0131\u015f lisans\u0131 sahibi t\u00fczel ki\u015filerin 20 May\u0131s 2013 tarihi mesai bitimine kadar kurumumuza ba\u015fvuruda bulunmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir.\u201d \u015feklinde ilana \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n
