Dr. Alper \u00dcnal taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u0130stanbul\u2019da 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda neden olunan sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131mlar\u0131 43.8 milyon ton CO2 e\u015fde\u011feri seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Bu rakam \u0130stanbul\u2019un T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin toplam sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131mlar\u0131nda y\u00fczde 11\u2019lik paya sahip olmak ile birlikte zararl\u0131 gaz sal\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n Londra ve Paris\u2019ten fazla New York\u2019tan ise az oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Bunlara ek olarak, veri olmas\u0131 sebebi ile Atat\u00fcrk ve Sabiha G\u00f6k\u00e7en Havalimanlar\u0131\u2019ndaki yurti\u00e7i ve yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 u\u00e7u\u015flar ile 300 gros tonun \u00fczerinde olan ve Haydarpa\u015fa ile Ambarl\u0131 limanlar\u0131nda demirleyen gemilerden kaynaklanan Kapsam 3 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya dahil edildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klanan verilere g\u00f6re \u0130stanbul\u2019daki zararl\u0131 gaz sal\u0131mlar\u0131nda en b\u00fcy\u00fck pay y\u00fczde 17 ve y\u00fczde 16\u2019l\u0131k oranlar ile dizel ara\u00e7lar ve konut sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki elektrik t\u00fcketiminin oldu. \u00a0Bunu konutlardaki do\u011fal gaz kullan\u0131m\u0131 y\u00fczde 13, ticari binalar ve end\u00fcstriyel tesislerdeki elektrik t\u00fcketimi y\u00fczde 9, k\u00f6m\u00fcr t\u00fcketimi ise y\u00fczde 7.5 seviyesindeki oranlar ile takip etti.<\/p>\n<p>Sunumunda, \u00e7o\u011fu verinin birincil ve g\u00fcvenilir kaynaklardan elde edildi\u011fini belirten Erik, veri kalitesinin iyile\u015ftirilmesi gereken kaynaklar ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada veri eksikli\u011finden kaynaklanan ve kapsama dahil edilemeyen emisyon kaynaklar\u0131ndan da bahsetti. \u00a0Buna g\u00f6re, gelecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda \u00f6zellikle F gazlar\u0131, tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131ktan kaynakl\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131nda dahil edilmesi gerekti\u011fini, \u00a0k\u00f6m\u00fcr ve arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131 gibi baz\u0131 kaynaklar i\u00e7in de veri kalitesinin iyile\u015ftirilebilece\u011fini aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7evre Koruma M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Nizamettin Mang\u0131r ise toplant\u0131da \u0130BB\u2019nin de taraf oldu\u011fu, yerel y\u00f6netimlerin iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine uyum ve emisyonlar\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct etti\u011fi ve d\u00fcnyada pek \u00e7ok kent taraf\u0131ndan imzalanan giri\u015fimleri aktard\u0131.
