De\u011fer zincirindeki toplam \u00fcretim de\u011feri 2016&#8217;da <strong>88 milyon dolar<\/strong> olarak hesaplanan <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde<\/strong>, mevcut <strong>yenilenebilir enerji politikalar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> izlenmesine devam edilmesi halinde 2028&#8217;e kadar <strong>1,36 milyar dolar<\/strong> de\u011ferinde <strong>sanayi \u00fcretimi<\/strong> sa\u011flanmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Gelecek <strong>10 y\u0131lda<\/strong> g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi alan\u0131nda yap\u0131labilecek <strong>15-25 gigavatl\u0131k kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7<\/strong> art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ise \u00fcretimi <strong>6,8-11,3 milyar dolar<\/strong> art\u0131rmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; De\u011fer zincirindeki toplam \u00fcretim de\u011feri 2016&#8217;da <strong>25,3 milyar dolar<\/strong> olarak hesaplanan <strong>r\u00fczgar enerjisi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde<\/strong> ise 2028&#8217;e kadar <strong>33,3 milyar dolar<\/strong> de\u011ferinde <strong>sanayi \u00fcretimine<\/strong> ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>-S\u00f6z konusu d\u00f6nemde, <strong>r\u00fczgar enerjisinde<\/strong> <em>13,3-23,3 gigavatl\u0131k<\/em> ek kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 i\u00e7in beklenen de\u011fer art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n <em>47,6-83,5 milyar dolar<\/em> olaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin ediliyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>G\u00fcney Afrika, Meksika, Vietnam ve Hindistan\u2019la e\u015fzamanl\u0131 olarak projedeyiz<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>COBENEFITS <\/strong>T\u00fcrkiye Proje Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc <strong>P\u0131nar Ert\u00f6r Akyaz\u0131<\/strong>, \u201cProje; G\u00fcney Afrika, Meksika, Vietnam ve Hindistan&#8217;da y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Biz de bir y\u0131ld\u0131r T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yenilenebilir enerjinin sosyal ve ekonomik faydalar\u0131 alan\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz. Yenilenebilir enerjinin sanayi geli\u015fimi ve ticarete, hava kalitesi ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa, istihdam ile enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fine etkileri alanlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Sanayi geli\u015fimi ve istihdama ili\u015fkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zda, yenilenebilir enerjinin de\u011fer zincirini ortaya koyuyoruz ve 2028&#8217;e ili\u015fkin \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcler i\u00e7eren d\u00f6rt yenilenebilir enerji senaryosunu temel al\u0131yoruz. Bug\u00fcn yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z rapor, bu senaryolar do\u011frultusunda sanayi geli\u015fiminin nas\u0131l artaca\u011f\u0131, d\u0131\u015f enerji a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in ne gibi <strong>Ar-Ge, inovasyon ve yat\u0131r\u0131mlar<\/strong> yap\u0131labilece\u011fi konular\u0131nda somut veriler sunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca \u015eubat 2020\u2019ye kadar, istihdam, hava kalitesi ve sa\u011fl\u0131k, <strong>enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fi<\/strong> alanlar\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 rapor daha payla\u015f\u0131lacak\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ve planlamas\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcnsel yap\u0131lmal\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>SHURA Enerji D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc Merkezi<\/strong> Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc <strong>De\u011fer Sayg\u0131n<\/strong> ve <strong>T\u00fcrk Tesisat M\u00fchendisleri Derne\u011fi (TTMD)<\/strong> Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 <strong>Kemal Gani Bayraktar<\/strong> konferansta <strong>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ve yenilenebilir enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fc\u201d <\/strong>ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda konu\u015ftu. Yenilenebilir enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn teknolojiyle i\u00e7 i\u00e7e durumuna de\u011finen <strong>De\u011fer<\/strong> <strong>Sayg\u0131n<\/strong>, \u201cArt\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fc teknolojiden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnemeyiz. Yeni elektrik yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n %90\u2019\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgardan geliyor. Bunun sosyal ve ekonomik faydalar\u0131n\u0131n harekete ge\u00e7irilmesi i\u00e7in planlama yap\u0131lmas\u0131 da \u00f6nemli\u201d dedi. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin i\u00e7erdi\u011fi tehditlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 da bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden <strong>Kemal Gani Bayraktar<\/strong> ise <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye ekonomisinin gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfusta i\u015fsizlik oran\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fundan hareketle daha katma de\u011ferli malzeme \u00fcretip <strong>d\u00fcnyan\u0131n karbonsuzla\u015fma hedefine<\/strong> hizmet etmemiz gerekir. \u015eehirlerimizin <strong>%100 enerji ge\u00e7i\u015fini<\/strong> yapacak \u015fekilde tasarlanmas\u0131 gerekir. Binalar\u0131 da g\u00f6zeten yeni <strong>mimari ve m\u00fchendislik anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve enerji sistemlerini de g\u00f6zeten b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik yap\u0131lar\u0131n \u00fcretilmesi \u00f6nemlidir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, yenilenebilir enerjinin de\u011fer zincirini ortaya koyuyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>End\u00fcstriyel geli\u015fim ve istihdam konusunda ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar y\u00fcr\u00fcten ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artabilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken <strong>Bilkent \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong>\u2019nden <strong>Bengisu \u00d6zen\u00e7<\/strong> konu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ithal enerji kaynaklar\u0131na ili\u015fkin ekonomik k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131\u011f\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn art\u0131yor. T\u00dc\u0130K raporuna g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda %75,7 enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 var. Do\u011frudan ve dolayl\u0131 \u00fcretim de\u011ferinin, d\u0131\u015f ticaret ak\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <strong>Ar-Ge<\/strong> faaliyetlerinin ve k\u00fcresel de\u011fer zincirindeki konumun belirlenmesi, Girdi-\u00c7\u0131kt\u0131 ili\u015fkilerinin Sanayi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Giri\u015fimci Bilgi Sistemi veri seti kullan\u0131larak de\u011fer zinciri olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve farkl\u0131 yenilenebilir enerji senaryolar\u0131 alt\u0131nda do\u011frudan ve dolayl\u0131 istihdam potansiyelinin, meslek ve yeteneklerin belirlenmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ak\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturuyor. Proje kapsam\u0131nda kay\u0131tl\u0131 yenilenebilir enerji \u00fcreten \u015firketlerin verilerine dayanarak bir de\u011fer zinciri haritaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 yapt\u0131k. Yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 istihdamda art\u0131\u015f anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Yerli \u00fcretim imkanlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesiyle birlikte, bu etkinin daha da artmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. Mevcut sanayi \u00fcretim yap\u0131s\u0131 ve teknoloji i\u00e7eri\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yarat\u0131lan istihdam\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc orta seviye beceri gerektiren mesleklerde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Y\u00fcksek katma de\u011ferli bile\u015fenlerin \u00fcretimine yap\u0131lacak yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n y\u00fcksek becerili mesleklere olan talebi art\u0131rmas\u0131 beklenmektedir.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Yenilenebilir enerjiye yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak tasarruf anlam\u0131na gelir<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin artan fosil yak\u0131t ithalat\u0131 ve bu durumun T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkilerini vurgulayan <strong>M\u00fchendislik, Sat\u0131n Alma, Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve Analiz\u2019<\/strong>den (EPRA)<strong> Saeed Teimourzadeh, <\/strong>s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>T\u00fcrkiye, yenilenebilir enerji \u00fcretimini destekleyerek enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ve enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rma f\u0131rsat\u0131na sahiptir. Yenilenebilir enerji ile T\u00fcrkiye, fosil yak\u0131tlara olan talebini ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla fosil yak\u0131t ithalat\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azaltabilir. 2028 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle 32 GW yenilenebilir enerji kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc i\u00e7in fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n pay\u0131n\u0131 %5, 40 GW i\u00e7in %8 ve 60 GW i\u00e7in %15 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclebilir. T\u00fcrkiye, bu bahsi ge\u00e7en yenilenebilir enerji senaryolar\u0131 alt\u0131nda s\u0131ras\u0131yla 728 milyon dolar, 1,1 milyar dolar ve 2,1 milyar dolar tasarruf edebilir.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sessiz Katil: Hava Kirlili\u011fi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Yenilenebilir enerjinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n hava kalitesi ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkisini anlatan <strong>Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden Nadim Copty <\/strong>ise \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin elektrik \u00fcretiminde yenilenebilir enerjinin pay\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n hava kalitesi ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki potansiyel yararlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeyi hedeflemektedir. Fosil yak\u0131tl\u0131 termik santrallerden kaynaklanan hava kirletici emisyonlar\u0131n 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda 2.103 \u00f6l\u00fcm vakas\u0131na neden oldu\u011funu tahmin etmekteyiz. Mevcut politikalar izlendi\u011finde bu say\u0131 2028 y\u0131l\u0131nda 2.333\u2019e y\u00fckselecektir. Daha iddial\u0131 yenilenebilir enerji politikalar\u0131 izlenirse, y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00f6l\u00fcm vakalar\u0131n\u0131n 2028\u2019de 1.564\u2019e d\u00fc\u015fmesi beklenmektedir. 2028\u2019de sa\u011fl\u0131k maliyetlerinden 700 milyon eurodan fazla tasarruf edilmesi de bu \u015fekilde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r.
