K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 en fazla <strong>1,5\u00b0C<\/strong> ile s\u0131n\u0131rlamak i\u00e7in <strong>CO2 emisyonlar\u0131nda<\/strong> 2019-2050 aras\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k en az <strong>%7,4 azalt\u0131m<\/strong> gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek karbon emisyonlar\u0131 ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin mevcut \u015fekliyle devam etti\u011fi bir senaryoda <strong>bug\u00fcn d\u00fcnyaya gelen bir \u00e7ocuk, 71. ya<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong> g\u00fcn\u00fcnde yakla<\/strong><strong>\u015f\u0131<\/strong><strong>k 4<\/strong><strong>\u02da<\/strong><strong>C <\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>s<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>nm<\/strong><strong>\u0131\u015f<\/strong><strong> bir d\u00fcnya ile kar<\/strong><strong>\u015f\u0131<\/strong><strong>la<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong>acak. <\/strong>Bu durum, gelecek neslin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n her a\u015famas\u0131nda tehdit alt\u0131nda olmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Raporun \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">bulgular\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bug\u00fcn do\u011fan bir \u00e7ocuk, fosil yak\u0131tlar ve artan s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n etkisiyle ergenlik ve yeti\u015fkinlik d\u00f6nemleri boyunca daha fazla toksik hava soluyacak. Bu durum, \u00f6zellikle akci\u011ferleri geli\u015fmekte olan gen\u00e7lere zarar veriyor. Bu nedenle hava kirlili\u011fi, akci\u011fer i\u015flevinin azalmas\u0131na, ast\u0131m\u0131n ilerlemesine, kalp krizi ve fel\u00e7 riskinin artmas\u0131na sebep oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bug\u00fcn do\u011fan \u00e7ocuklar ergenlik d\u00f6nemine geldiklerinde hava kirlili\u011finin etkisi daha da artm\u0131\u015f olacak. Modelleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na g\u00f6re 2016&#8217;da d\u00fcnya genelinde <strong>fosil yak\u0131tlardan kaynakl\u0131 hava kirlili\u011fi<\/strong> (PM2,5) nedeniyle -440.000&#8217;i <strong>k\u00f6m\u00fcr \u00fcretimi ve t\u00fcketiminden<\/strong> olmak \u00fczere- 2,9 milyon erken \u00f6l\u00fcm ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<strong> T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise fosil yak\u0131t kaynakl\u0131 hava kirlili\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 erken \u00f6l\u00fcmler<\/strong> <strong>11.000\u2019i k\u00f6m\u00fcr kaynakl\u0131 olmak \u00fczere toplam 26.000.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; S\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n, yetersiz beslenme ve artan g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131 gibi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc en \u00e7ok \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131yaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. K\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekteki <strong>verim potansiyeli ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 30 y\u0131lda, m\u0131s\u0131rda %4, k\u0131\u015fl\u0131k bu\u011fdayda %6, soya fasulyesinde %3 ve pirin\u00e7te %4 gerilemi\u015f durumda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 hastal\u0131klardaki art\u0131\u015ftan en \u00e7ok etkilenecek kesimin de \u00e7ocuklar olmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Enfeksiyon hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131lmas\u0131na sebep olan iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7en en k\u00f6t\u00fc ikinci y\u0131l oldu. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine duyarl\u0131 enfeksiyonlar olan S\u0131tma ve Deng ate\u015fi gibi hastal\u0131klar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra <strong>Vibrio bakterisi<\/strong>nin bir\u00e7ok t\u00fcr\u00fc, deniz y\u00fczey \u0131s\u0131s\u0131 ve tuzlulu\u011fundaki de\u011fi\u015fiklikler nedeniyle yayg\u0131n enfeksiyonlara neden oluyor. <strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise k\u0131y\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinin %60\u2019\u0131n\u0131n ishalli hastal\u0131klara yol a\u00e7an Vibrio bakterisi i\u00e7in elveri\u015fli oldu\u011fu tespit edildi. Bu oran\u0131n 1980\u2019li y\u0131llara g\u00f6re %10 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131, bug\u00fcn do\u011fan bir \u00e7ocuk 31 ya\u015f\u0131na geldi\u011finde, k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte 2050 net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedefine ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00fcnya anlam\u0131na geliyor. <\/strong>Bu durum, gelecek nesiller i\u00e7in daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir gelece\u011fin g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hava kalitesinin k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fmesi kalp ve akci\u011fer sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 tetikleyecek<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>K\u00fcresel \u00e7apta k\u00f6m\u00fcr dahil fosil yak\u0131tlardan kaynakl\u0131 <strong>CO2 emisyonu<\/strong> 2016-2018 aras\u0131nda %2.6 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Fosil yak\u0131tlar i\u00e7inde <strong>sadece k\u00f6m\u00fcrden kaynakl\u0131 hava kirlili\u011finin 2016&#8217;da yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyon erken \u00f6l\u00fcme neden oldu\u011fu<\/strong> hesapland\u0131. K\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte t\u00fcm <strong>fosil yak\u0131tlardan<\/strong> kaynaklanan erken \u00f6l\u00fcmler (PM2,5 kirleticilerine ba\u011fl\u0131) ise 2,9 milyona ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bug\u00fcn do\u011fan bir \u00e7ocuk 31 ya\u015f\u0131na geldi\u011finde emisyonlar s\u0131f\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131 hedefleriyle uyumlu bir d\u00fcnya, bug\u00fcn do\u011fan bir \u00e7ocu\u011fun, <strong>\u0130ngiltere\u2019de<\/strong> 6 ya\u015f\u0131na geldi\u011finde k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sonland\u0131\u011f\u0131; <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> sebebiyle t\u00fcm \u00fclkenin havas\u0131n\u0131n daha temiz oldu\u011fu bir d\u00fcnya anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Fransa\u2019da ise bug\u00fcn do\u011fan bir \u00e7ocuk 21 ya\u015f\u0131na geldi\u011finde benzinli ve dizel ara\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yasaklanm\u0131\u015f olacak. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde <strong>Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong>, bug\u00fcn do\u011fan bir \u00e7ocu\u011fun 31 ya\u015f\u0131na geldi\u011finde, gelecek nesillerin daha temiz hava, g\u00fcvenli i\u00e7me suyu ve besin de\u011feri y\u00fcksek g\u0131dalar\u0131n g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131, k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte 2050 net s\u0131f\u0131r hedefine ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00fcnyada ya\u015famas\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Raporu de\u011ferlendiren <strong>Temiz Hava Hakk\u0131 Platformu Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Uzmanlar\u0131 Derne\u011fi temsilcisi Prof. Dr. \u00c7i\u011fdem \u00c7a\u011flayan<\/strong> <em>\u201cLancet Geri Say\u0131m 2019 Raporunun, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin toplumdaki savunmas\u0131z ve k\u0131r\u0131lgan gruplar olan bebek ve \u00e7ocuklar, ergenler, kad\u0131nlar, ya\u015fl\u0131lar \u00fczerindeki etkilerine yer verdi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u00d6zellikle iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin \u00e7ocuklar \u00fczerindeki uzun d\u00f6nemli ve kal\u0131c\u0131 etkilerini vurgulayan rapor hi\u00e7bir \u00e7ocu\u011fun sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi nedeniyle etkilenmemesi gerekti\u011fini belirtiyor. V\u00fccutlar\u0131 ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemleri hala geli\u015fmekte olan \u00e7ocuklar, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve d\u0131\u015f ortam hava kirleticilerine kar\u015f\u0131 daha duyarl\u0131lar. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine sebep olan emisyonlar\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck kaynaklar\u0131ndan biri olan k\u00f6m\u00fcrden elektrik \u00fcretiminin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hava kirlili\u011fi, akci\u011fer i\u015flevinin azalmas\u0131na, ast\u0131m\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fmesine, kalp krizi ve fel\u00e7 riskinin artmas\u0131na sebep oluyor. Erken \u00e7ocukluk d\u00f6neminde iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu sa\u011fl\u0131k etkileri ya\u015fam boyu birikimli olarak devam ediyor. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Lancet raporu yazarlar\u0131n\u0131n belirledi\u011fi d\u00f6rt temel eylem alan\u0131ndan ilki d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santrallerin tamam\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zla ve acilen kapanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak. T\u00fcrkiye ise mecliste \u00fclkenin en eski k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santrallerinin <strong>2,5 y\u0131l<\/strong> daha <strong>filtresiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya<\/strong> devam etmesini tart\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. TBMM <strong>\u015eubat 2019\u2019da<\/strong> bu maddeyi geri \u00e7ekmi\u015f ve bir daha g\u00fcndeme getirmeyece\u011fine s\u00f6z vermi\u015fti.
