Bu \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fc ile birlikte d\u00fcnyan\u0131n yenilenebilir enerji kapasitesinin 2018 sonunda 2,5 TW&#8217;den 2024 sonuna kadar 3,72 TW&#8217;ye \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 beklenirken, toplam r\u00fczgar g\u00fcc\u00fc kapasitesinde de %62 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f tahmin ediliyor. Yurti\u00e7i ve yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki r\u00fczgar enerjisi santrallerine servis hizmetleri sunan <strong>&#8216;\u00dclke Enerji&#8217;<\/strong> Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc <strong>Ali Ayd\u0131n<\/strong>\u2019a g\u00f6re, \u00f6nemli pazarlardaki maliyet d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fleri ve politika iyile\u015ftirmeleri d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda r\u00fczgar enerjisindeki geni\u015flemeyi daha da art\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Politikalar Yenilenebilir Enerjiye Y\u00f6n Veriyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>H\u00fck\u00fcmet politikalar\u0131n\u0131n olumlu ya da olumsuz y\u00f6nde yenilenebilir enerjinin geli\u015fimini etkiledi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. D\u00fczenleyici politikalar\u0131n belirsizliklerle ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131, geli\u015fmekte olan pazarlardaki yat\u0131r\u0131m riskleri ve \u015febeke entegrasyon sorunlar\u0131 ile m\u00fccadele etmesi, <strong>r\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi<\/strong> ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere yenilenebilir enerji kapasitesinin geli\u015fimini h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131yor. \u00d6zellikle r\u00fczgar enerjisinin geni\u015flemesinin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki engeller \u015febeke entegrasyonu, finansmana eri\u015fim ve sosyal kabul konular\u0131nda h\u00fck\u00fcmet desteklerine ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne seriyor. Bu engellerin a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda yarar sa\u011flayacak politikalarla IEA\u2019n\u0131n 2024 projeksiyonuna ula\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fini belirten Ayd\u0131n, iklim tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, maliyetlerin \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fcnyada yenilenebilir enerjiye daha \u00e7ok destek verilmesi gerekti\u011fini dile getiriyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>R\u00fczgar Enerjisinin Karadaki Kapasitesi 850 GW Oluyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>IEA\u2019n\u0131n ana senaryosunda, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n kara r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbinleri 2024 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar %57 artarak 850 GW&#8217;ye \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 bekleniyor. ABD&#8217;deki federal deste\u011fin sona ermesi ve \u00c7in&#8217;deki planl\u0131 ihale sistemine ge\u00e7i\u015fin artmas\u0131 nedeniyle y\u0131ll\u0131k kurulumlar 2020&#8217;de ancak 60 GW&#8217;da zirveye \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.
