Bu hedef do\u011frultusunda <strong>konut ve i\u015fyerlerinde<\/strong> t\u00fcketilen enerjiden tasarruf edilmesi de b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de binalarda kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enerji miktar\u0131, toplam t\u00fcketti\u011fimiz enerjinin \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131na ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n hepimizi ilgilendiren ciddi bir boyutu var. Alaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6nlemleriyle bu savurganl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7memiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>5 y\u0131lda 6 milyar TL tasarruf m\u00fcmk\u00fcn<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de enerjinin en fazla t\u00fcketildi\u011fi alanlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda binalar geldi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken <strong>Levent Pelesen<\/strong>, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de toplam t\u00fcketti\u011fimiz enerjinin y\u00fczde <strong>32<\/strong>\u2019sini binalarda kullan\u0131yoruz. Binalarda t\u00fcketilen enerjinin y\u00fczde <strong>80<\/strong>\u2019i ise <strong>\u0131s\u0131tma-so\u011futma<\/strong> i\u00e7in harcan\u0131yor. <strong>\u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeni eylem plan\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde her y\u0131l <strong>300 bin konutun<\/strong> mevcut mevzuatlara uygun olarak yal\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda sa\u011flanacak y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji tasarrufunu yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak \u0131s\u0131tma i\u00e7in <strong>97,5 milyon metrek\u00fcp do\u011fal gaz<\/strong> ve so\u011futma i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>314 milyon kWh elektrik enerjisi<\/strong>ne kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is\u0131tma ve so\u011futma<\/strong> birlikte de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde elde edilecek tasarruf miktar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k<strong> 220 bin ton<\/strong> e\u015fde\u011feri petrol (TEP) seviyesindedir. Petrol fiyatlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde elde edilebilecek verimlili\u011fin sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fck <strong>ortalama 425 milyon TL\/y\u0131l <\/strong>mertebesindedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla <strong>5<\/strong> y\u0131ll\u0131k bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde <strong>6 milyar TL\u2019nin \u00fczerinde<\/strong> tasarruf edilmesi s\u00f6z konusudur.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Do\u011falgaz faturas\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 50 azaltman\u0131n tek yolu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00dclke olarak enerji ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u00fczde 75\u2019ini ithal etmemize ra\u011fmen konutlar\u0131m\u0131zda, \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma ama\u00e7l\u0131 kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enerjinin yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 israf ediyoruz. Oysa konutlarda ger\u00e7ek tasarruf yal\u0131t\u0131mla ba\u015flar. Son zamlarla daha da artan do\u011falgaz faturas\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde<strong> 50<\/strong> azaltman\u0131n tek yolu, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z binalara \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamas\u0131 yapt\u0131rmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Milli ekonomiyi de etkileyen \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n maliyeti y\u00fcksek de\u011fil <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisi ve son kullan\u0131c\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz ediyor ve maliyeti de y\u00fcksek de\u011fil. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z binada dengeli \u0131s\u0131 da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131za b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde katk\u0131da bulunan \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, sadece k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda de\u011fil, yaz aylar\u0131nda da s\u0131ca\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 al\u0131nabilecek en etkili \u00f6nemlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda geliyor.
