Enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde talep art\u0131\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131rken e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak karbon yo\u011funlu\u011funun da azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne ve hidrojen teknolojisine odaklan\u0131lan bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma, enerji sisteminin b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl olarak ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131, veri ile desteklenmi\u015f, analitik yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00f6nemine i\u015faret ediyor. Kaliforniya enerji sistemine ili\u015fkin detayl\u0131 bir modellemenin vaka \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 olarak g\u00f6sterildi\u011fi bu analitik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, geli\u015fen enerji sisteminde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan teknolojik ve operasyonel dinamiklere \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Raporu haz\u0131rlayan <strong>Emre Gen\u00e7er<\/strong>, yenilenebilir enerji ve enerji verimlili\u011fi gibi alanlarda \u015fimdiye dek sa\u011flanan geli\u015fmelerin enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde karbon ayak izinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu belirterek, elektrik sistemi d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki alanlarda da teknolojik geli\u015fmelerin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti. <strong>Gen\u00e7er,<\/strong> hidrojenin yeni bir enerji ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekerek, hidrojenin etkin \u015fekilde kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve karbonun ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p depolanmas\u0131yla, hidrokarbon yak\u0131tlar\u0131n daha s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirebilece\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emre Gen\u00e7er,<\/strong> geli\u015ftirdikleri modelleme sisteminin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda enerjide d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ana vekt\u00f6rlerini detayl\u0131 olarak irdelediklerini belirtti. Gen\u00e7er, enerjide talep art\u0131\u015f\u0131, enerjiye eri\u015fim ve karbon yo\u011funlu\u011funun azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 dinamikleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, b\u00f6lgesel karakteristikleri de dikkate alan, b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl modelleme yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131na ve geni\u015f bir teknoloji portf\u00f6y\u00fcne ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2>Teknolojik geli\u015fmelerin yan\u0131s\u0131ra piyasa tasar\u0131m\u0131 konusunda da yenilik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131mlar \u00f6nemli<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Dr. Emre Gen\u00e7er\u2019in<\/strong> sunumunun ard\u0131ndan raporun ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 panele ise ETKB Enerji \u0130\u015fleri Emekli Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc<strong> Budak Dilli <\/strong>ve SHURA Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc<strong> Dr. De\u011fer Sayg\u0131n <\/strong>konu\u015fmac\u0131 olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Budak Dilli<\/strong>, enerjide d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn piyasa ve sistem i\u015fletmesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan da yenilik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131mlar gerektirdi\u011fine i\u015faret etti\u011fi konu\u015fmas\u0131nda <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu noktalara dikkat \u00e7ekti:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cGe\u00e7i\u015f d\u00f6neminin tasarlanmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik perspektifiyle, enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve maliyet boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6zeten, yenilik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131mlar \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, piyasa tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve i\u015fleyi\u015fi, sistem i\u015fletmecili\u011fi gibi alanlara da odaklan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u00fcresel karbon sal\u0131mlar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken ve IRENA \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bulgular\u0131 da payla\u015fan <strong>Dr. De\u011fer Sayg\u0131n <\/strong>g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini \u015f\u00f6yle dile getirdi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSadece elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde de\u011fil, enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn di\u011fer bile\u015fenlerinde de karbon yo\u011funlu\u011funun azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na gereksinim var. Yenilenebilir enerjinin yan\u0131s\u0131ra, enerji verimlili\u011fi ve geli\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde olan karbon yakalama ve depolama teknolojileri de karbon yo\u011funlu\u011funun azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6neme sahip. Hidrojen \u00fcretimi ve enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kullan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda teknolojik geli\u015fmelere ek olarak piyasa tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve finansman konusunda da geli\u015fmeler sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekiyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>IICEC Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc <strong>Prof. Carmine Difiglio<\/strong>, toplant\u0131y\u0131 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu s\u00f6zlerle de\u011ferlendirdi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSabanc\u0131 Universitesi ve MIT Enerji \u0130nisiyatifinin, M\u0130Tei kurucusu ve ayn\u0131 zamanda eski ABD Enerji Bakan\u0131 Profes\u00f6r Ernest Moniz ile ba\u015flayan uzun s\u00fcreli bir i\u015fbirli\u011fi bulundu\u011funu belirterek, \u201cDr. Emre Gen\u00e7er\u2019i temiz enerji gelece\u011fine ge\u00e7i\u015f konular\u0131n\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmak \u00fczere Minerva Han\u2019da konuk etmekten \u00e7ok memnun olduk. Dr. Gen\u00e7er\u2019in ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ve sunumu, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadele kapsam\u0131nda yeni enerji teknolojilerinin geli\u015fimi ve \u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin ciddi bulgular i\u00e7eriyor.
