Turkey’s Automobile Initiative Group Industry and Trade Inc., within the framework of the decision taken at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting dated May 31, 2021 and the provisions of the TOGG articles of association; announced that its paid-in capital was increased by 846,774,000 TL in cash from 150,000,000 TL to 996,774,000 TL by adding the previously made capital advances to the capital.

After the company’s capital increase decision, there will be changes in the share distribution of the partners.
