<p>While the Biden administration has set a goal of reaching <strong>30 GW</strong> offshore capacity by<strong> 2030</strong>, from just <strong>42 megawatts</strong> currently with <strong>2 small projects</strong>, the Biden administration noted that projects include the <strong>New Jersey, Maryland</strong> and <strong>Virginia</strong> coasts and <strong>Lake Erie</strong> near <strong>Cleveland, Ohio.</strong></p>

However, according to the Renewable Energy Country Attractiveness Index (RECAI), which is prepared for the 57th time this year by the international audit and consultancy company EY (Ernst &amp; Young); To achieve net-zero targets globally, an additional $5.2 trillion investment is required.</p>

<p>Once completed, the Dogger Bank Wind Farm in Britain — a 50:50 joint venture between the two firms — will have a total capacity of 3.6 gigawatts (GW).</p>
<p>The first two phases, Dogger Bank A and Dogger Bank B, will be built simultaneously, with each having a capacity of 1.2 GW.</p>
