The wind energy unit of the Russian State Atomic Energy Agency Rosatom, NovaWind A.Ş. Marchenkovskaya Wind Farm, built by the company, entered the wholesale electricity and capacity market as of July 01, 2021.

The Marchenkovskaya Wind Farm, built in Zimovniki in the Rostov region and with an installed capacity of 120 MW, consists of 48 wind turbines. As confirmed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, 68% of local resources were used in the production process of the equipment used in the wind farm.

The wind energy unit of the Russian State Atomic Energy Agency Rosatom, NovaWind A.Ş. VetroSGC A.Ş, a subsidiary of the company, received the necessary permission for the Berestovskaya Wind Power Plant. The total capacity of the power plant, which will be built in Petrovsky in Stavropol Krai, will be 60 MW.

The necessary permission for the construction was given by the Stavropol Krai Autonomous Institution, after the experts reviewed the design documents and came to a positive conclusion.

While the Moscow Stock Exchange registered the exchange-traded bonds program of Atomenergoprom A.Ş., the Russian State Atomic Energy Agency’s subsidiary of Rosatom operating in the nuclear sector, the stock market bond program and securities prospectus were approved at the Atomenergoprom Board of Directors meeting on April 26, 2021.

The total (maximum) nominal value of the bonds to be issued within the scope of the program will be Ruble 100 billion, and the maximum maturity period of the bonds will be 3,640 days from the first placement date.

NovaWind A.Ş., a subsidiary of Russian State Atomic Energy Agency Rosatom, has completed the assembly of 48 trials at the Marchenkovskaya Wind Farm built in the Rostov region of Russia.
In addition to its turbines on site, the institution center for transformer control construction is complete. In addition, with the laying of 35 kV cable and fiber optic system lines, the 110V transformer center and the acquaintance work have also come to an end.
