Cengiz Holding has installed a solar power plant consisting of 200,000 panels in the tailwater area of ​​the Lower Kaleköy Dam and hydroelectric power plant on the Murat River in Bingöl. The installed power of Turkey’s first and largest hybrid power plant, the world’s second largest, has reached 590 megawatts.

July 27, 2021 – Cengiz Holding, which has signed giant projects in Turkey, has added an 80-megawatt solar power plant (GES) to its Aşağı Kaleköy Dam and hydroelectric power plant (HES) project, which started electricity production in Bingöl last year and has an installed capacity of 510 megawatts.
