In Industrial Enterprises; The projects prepared for the implementation of the measures determined by the energy survey work and the recovery of the energy saving potential are expressed as Efficiency
Efficiency Enhancer Project supports envisage the support of projects for the energy efficiency of enterprises. Industrial enterprises that want to support the Productivity Enhancing Projects, submit their projects prepared by the Directorate General to the energy efficiency consultancy companies in accordance with the principles and procedures published by the General Directorate.
Businesses operating in the production of all kinds of goods, which are connected to the chamber of commerce and industry, chamber of commerce or industry, with a total annual energy consumption of 1000 TEP and above, can benefit from VAP supports.
Industrial Enterprises to Benefit from Productivity Enhancing Project (VAP) Supports:
1- The industrial enterprise is registered in the database of the Ministry of Energy (ENVER PORTAL),
2- The presence of energy manager,
3- To be informed about the energy consumption and energy management practices to the General Directorate of Renewable Energy (YEGM),
4- Having the ISO 50001 Energy Management System-User Manual and Terms Standard certificate or started to work on this issue,
Any industrial enterprise with annual energy consumption above 1000 TEP and fulfilling the above conditions can apply to benefit from grants with the VAP FILE prepared by an Energy Efficiency Consultant Company authorized by YEGM.
Applications can be made with maximum 5 projects at the same time. Projects with a maximum investment amount of 1 million TL are supported by 30%. With a simple account, there are 5 million TL worth of grants for 5 energy efficiency projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR EVD COMPANIES FOR EFFICIENCY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (VAP) INCENTIVES:
– Measurement of the VAP file,
– Preparation of feasibility study,
– Processing of all documents sent by the facility to the VAP file,
– Sending the final form of the file to YEMC to deliver the facility,
– Repeating the measurements by participating in the current situation meeting held by YEGM after acceptance of the application,
– Participation in a YEGM visit to determine the savings after the project entitles the grant,
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF VAP
– Providing VAP application requirements,
– Preparation of the VAP application dossier to an EVD Company authorized in the industry,
– Determining the investment scope to be made by the facility and collecting offers from the suppliers for the said investment,
– Clearly fill the VAP business form,
– Preparation of documents to be added to the VAP file,
– Completion of the project file to YEMC.
In the projects submitted for the support to the General Directorate, if the service is taken from the company which is the expert of the sub-sector where the industrial enterprise operates, the service fee is included in the scope of the support within the framework of the principles and procedures published by the General Directorate as notification.
In case of application of VAP, the efficiency increase should be checked in the VAP application file as described in the post-application control section. However, the VAP projects adopted by YEGM after the application can be inspected and start the process of receiving incentives.
