The intention is to combine the two companies’ technology and to market fuel cell-based total solution offers that facilitates the transition to a more sustainable energy production. </strong></p>
<p>The two companies will initially focus on complete, <strong>mobile container-based solutions</strong> with a power of up to <strong>600 kW</strong>, and on module-based stationary megawatt solutions, i.e., with a total power output of more than <strong>1 000 kW</strong>.</p>

<p><strong>Power Plant</strong> stood at first place when compared with other <strong>power tender categories</strong> in the <strong>Europe</strong> region in <strong>Q1 2021</strong> with <strong>206 contracts</strong> and a <strong>44.1%</strong> share, followed by Generation Equipment with<strong> 106 contracts</strong> and a <strong>22.7%</strong> share and <strong>Electricity Procurement</strong> with <strong>61 contracts</strong> and a <strong>13.1%</strong> share during the quarter.</p>

<p><strong>Power Plant</strong> stood at first place when compared with other <strong>power tender categories</strong> in the <strong>Asia-Pacific</strong> region in <strong>Q1 2021</strong> with <strong>157 contracts</strong> and a <strong>44.4%</strong> share, followed by<strong> Generation Equipment</strong> with <strong>80</strong> contracts and a <strong>22.6%</strong> share and <strong>Electricity Procurement</strong> with <strong>71 contracts</strong> and a <strong>20.1%</strong> share during the quarter.</p>
